    You'll run into "double click" and "click drag" issues with this mouse and after reporting it to Logitech within the warranty period they'll do nothing. Just search the internet a bit about this mouse and you'll be surprised at the number of users with issues similar to mine. I ended up purchasing a Razer instead and unfortunately I've misplaced it while moving; back to this mouse for the interim. Time to shop for another mouse again!

      Hi Richard, thank you for sharing your experience with the G502 HERO mouse. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced "double click" and "click drag" with this mouse. I hope that you have a newfound love for the G502 and that the issues you described in previous use are not continuing. Logitech does have a 2 year limited hardware warranty on the G502 HERO mouse and a warranty can be filed and provide the necessary documents for the warranty.     I purchased this item on November 2020 and it is already having issues. Though when it was working it is a great gaming mouse. However, now i have to deal with their customer support which is not great. Im returning the item under warranty and I'm still waiting for the email confirmation the rep said I would get. At this point im not going to bother over a $40 and just try a different brand. Also the issue is the cursor starts going crazy. I have to unplug and plug the mouse again for it to work. Very annoying when gaming.

    This mouse fits my hands very well.All the buttons are easy for me to reach. Did add all the weights because it was a little light feeling for me. Software was easy to install and setup.Hope it lasts for a while.

    the mouse itself seems to work good but everytime I unplug or plug in a different usb device the mouse disconnects and I then have to unplug and re plug the mouse to get it to work again. So minus 1 star for that annoying problem.
