Excelent mousenfor gamers, i like the materials a lot

is great for all games and feels very nice in hand has a lot of customization

This is my 2nd G502 wired Hero, my first one still works, bought another because I lost the bottom cover, found it 3 weeks later. I've had my first one for 3 years, my only complaint is that the rubber for the thumb rest degrades over use.

Love the feeling of the mouse, and the weights included to make adjustments is perfect

The most comfortable mouse I have ever used, it sits perfect in your medium or large hand, but, software issues, every time I turn of my laptop overnight, next morning it did not recognize the mouse, it happened a few times and I gave up playin with it, I exchanged it to a Roccat Kain 200 wireless, and I am very happy even it is not so comfortable in my large hand, but Swarm software is so much better, so I bought Roccat vulcan 120 keyboard, everything is working as it should, Swarm synchronized rgb lights between mouse and keyboard and it looks very good!

Only had it for a month, but it works great, had the same one before, bought it used, and it worked great until I broke it during moving. No issues

This mouse definitely took some time getting used to but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it is much better than the mouse that I used before. The GHUB is an alright tool to go along with it. I use it here and there but I just love the way that this mouse fits into my hand. If I had to recommend this mouse to others, I most definitely would.

Got this to replace my original 502. Didnt need it but it was on sale and my old one is 5 years old. Figuring eventually it may go… I ordered this new one. Apparently my older one was a special edition model because on this new one the scroll wheel appears cheaper and the braided cable is now a regular rubber one. They dont appear to affect performance however cosmetically it appears cheaper. I paid the same for both and probably wouldn’t purchase this again if it werent on sale. Perhaps if this lasts, in 5 years ill upgrade and get the wireless one.

One of my son's has been using the mouse and loves it. He says he has had no issues with latency, which puts it in his 5star category. He noted it's easy to program and the Logitech software is fairly straightforward and easy to use. Because it's a gaming mouse, we did put the 2 year accidental warranty on it that Best Buy offers, as gaming mice that are heavily used do tend to wear out in less than 2 years.

Ive used a few mice before such as Razer Deathadder, even a G305 LS, and this mouse has been really comfortable and feels really smooth. love it !

Good mouse, lasted since I bought it and have yet to replace it.

My favorite mouse in the way it feels and works. Only complaint i have is the big button on side furthest forward is sometimes awkward to press. And i wish it had more side buttons. Other than that i haven't had any functional issues.

Great mouse, super comfy and super responsive, and tons setup options.
