The only down side is the thumb button feels a little weird at first and pushes your hand position a little more rearward

A Great Mouse in Every Category

It has all the programable buttons you need except for mmorpg players I suppose, a free scroll wheel button for going down pages quickly and an overall great build quality in terms of materials and feel. Logitech's Ghub software expands it customizability to levels I've never would have expected for a mouse. Overall it is well worth the MSRP and a steal when on sale.

The wired G502 is a great replacement with it 16k sensor and adjustable weight.

Went into Best Buy and got to check out a few different ones. I am entry level gamer so I was happy to find a good priced mouse that I should be able to use for the foreseeable future.

Only thing to know is the material on the right side wears down over time so you'll want to get the replacement plan if you want a new one in 2 years.

Overall a decent beginner mouse

I don’t game like most via mouse and keyboard, but it does have convenient positioning of buttons. I use it with weights (included) as it is smoother.
