Great mouse with multiple features.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mouse, multiple buttons and multiple settings. The wheel has a button that can shift it from ratchet mode to free spinning mode. It has weights you can add to the bottom for a bit of heft.

Good Mouse!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has been a long, long time since I had a wired mouse. It is very responsive and very easy to customize to buttons. I'm a Linux user and the Hero is fully compatible. Most mice always felt too light so I especially liked the option to add addition weights for a more custom feel. I could do without the RGB lighting but as this was on sale it was hard to pass up. I think that the same rubber grippy stuff that is on the "thumb hold" and along the right side should also be on the left/right buttons.

Solid Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse has a great feel to it. I wish the overall size was just slightly bigger, but that is the only downside I've found so far. As of this review, I've used it for about 15 hours in total and it's been great! The scroll wheel is fantastic in both scrolling options. The ability to add weights has been awesome as well. For the more casual, non-fps players, this mouse has been well worth the purchase so far.

Versatile
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse is very versatile. You can add weight to it to make it lighter or heavier. There’s an option to have non-stop scroller or a rigid one. Plenty other buttons to bind to your mouse. Nice and simple RGB.

Good price and software works well.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse isn't my favorite mouse. Just not my preference as this mouse was for the wife I prefer the g303 shroud but that isn't saying either one is better just what style you prefer. Seems like you can't go wrong with a logitech mouse as I never have issues with Logitech mice. They have great software unlike many other brands and I don't seem to experience much issues with Logitech products ever. Razer on the other hand has giving me issues after issues with multiple different products and I have just given up on them at this point cause I don't think they will ever sort the software issues out as it has been years now.

Best mouse I've ever used
||Posted . Logitech does it again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phenomenal mouse. The weights that you can add to the mouse make it great for someone who wants to have a heavier hand or lighten it up for some more speed. Speak design, ergonomic, and very high quality.

Best mouse for me
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried a few Razer mice and never really liked the fit to my hand. While this is extremely subjective, I found the Logitech Hero to fit my hand perfectly, and I like being able to control how heavy it is with the included weights. Being able to de-click the scroll wheel is also amazing when blasting through forums or lengthy menus. On the fly dpi adjustments are amazing when playing OW and swapping between different heroes with different tracking styles too!

The Best Gaming Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my go to mouse for anything I do. The adjustable weight, the dpi button, 4 side buttons that are tactfully placed so they aren’t in the way of your finger. Hands down the best gaming mouse.

Awesome deal
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a programmable mouse where all buttons could be programmed. Most mice do not allow you to program the sniper button (allows you to lower dpi quickly); the hero does and then some! The price was right at 50% off retail. I prefer wider mice for my hand but after many games I don't notice the smaller size. They have g hub software you must t download to program the buttons. I suggest you do this, but save all your profiles offline, meaning on the memory device of the mouse. This will fix a lot of profile switching issues. I like the dpi buttons left of the left click, i programmed them for basic attacking and now i can stutter step with ease. Have fun gaming.

Exceeded expectations
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech G502 hero mouse is an excellent choice for everyday use, work from home, just about anything you could think of. I did review a lot of other products on the Internet, most of them seem like they would be viable options but, in the end, I went with Logitech. Some of the reasons for choosing Logitech were brand name, experience, and some of the products I still have are very durable and have been with me for several years. This mouse it's simple to use, there are several buttons to use back and forth scrolling up and down and paging forward and back. Very convenient. I do like the option you have to click for the scrolling button you can either choose for it to roll smoothly or traditionally with the clicks. Allowing it to roll smoothly is a great option, to me anyway, because when you want to scroll back up to the top of the page you just flick it once and it continues roll and you get back up to the top page no problem. There are options to customize this with various colors, you can go through the G hub select your product and you can customize it from there. Other customization options on the G hub are DPI you can designate different buttons for different uses whatever you feel comfortable with. Overall, I think Logitech got it right with this one. Again, this mass will more than meet your needs, yes some cases may surpass them as they have mine.

Feels good in the Hand, weird buttons though.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Low profile, so it's not crazy ergonomic. By default, the logitech software allows for four ways to change DPI? Do I really need that? Thankfully they're reprogrammable. Still, it's comfortable to use and the little weighted bits add just a bit of heft to it. The free spinning scroll wheel is nice too.

I understand why people love this mouse.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I almost returned this mouse because of the scroll wheel. When I first unboxed the mouse, I thought "Wow, this fits so nicely in the hand." And when I started using the scroll wheel I thought it was broken or permanently free-spinning, which I assume is a gaming feature. Initially, I didn't like the free-spinning at all, and I almost returned the mouse because of the scroll wheel. And then I discovered the switch right below the wheel which locks it into clicky mode. Amazing. I understand why people love this mouse.

One word: awesome
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a fan of Logitech mice and keyboards, that said, this is an awesome, versatile gaming full size mouse. It comes with six nice sized weights to make it heavier or lighter as needed. The wire looks and feels sturdy enough to withstand all kinds of rigorous gaming. I did run into a software glitch that I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. However, it does not take away from the quality build, flexibility and speed of this toy... yes it’s a very nice toy to have. The hand rest perfectly for my case, though some small hands may find the buttons a bit far. The weight’s compartment holds them tight and so far no accidental falling like others I owned. All in all, worth putting it in the wish list.

Excellent mouse with helpful software
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent mouse with helpful software and weights to modify the responsiveness and feel of the mouse. Also, the Logitech software is not heavy and obtrusive like some of the competitors. I've used much more expensive gaming mice and this one is lacking nothing and excels over the more expensive mice in many categories. Great find.

I absolutely love this thing
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this mouse so so so much!! I probably have 5 of these laying around the house. Not one broke, but i just like having them around. The amount of weight you could put in the mouse is my favorite thing. Because every other mouse tries to be the lightest and smallest mouse ever. I hate that. I like the heavy, ergonomic feel of the mouse. Every other mouse cramps my hand except this one

Smooth and responsive gaming mouse.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first gaming mouse. It has weights you can add and remove depending on your specifications. It lights up, and is very smooth and responsive. I love it so far! I like the button that is near the scroll wheel that enables and smooth non restricted soundless scroll. You can do that or have it make the usually scroll noise that comes from a mouse.

great mouse DPI
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent mouse. Downloaded Logitech G HUB onto my computer and was able to mess around with the RGB and even DPI. It goes up to 256000 I believe. Correct me if I’m wrong. That’s an insanely high DPI if you ask me but it’s there anyway. I’m comfortable at 2400 DPI it has a solid feel and grip and comes with weights too if you want to add some on the bottom of the mouse.
