I had been looking for a bigger mouse to use and after looking at a few different ones i bought this one.

I went from the g602 to this one wireless to wired with more functions and I just couldn’t believe how easy the swap was

Actually a great mouse. Probably the most non complex mouse but still has a ton of buttons you can use to remap !

This mouse was great only thing it wasnt for my hands. I like a little bit lighter mouse. It did feel like good quality and was nice in the hands.

Research the Logitech-G502 Hero mouse and saw a lot of good reviews. I really like it and plays well with my games.

Easy to customize, ergonomic and a good build quality. The ability to change speed profiles helps my wife as well.

Weights are a game changer.. Replaced a no-name gaming mouse with the G502 and I'm regretting not doing it sooner.

Software is a little clunky at times, but the mouse itself is okay. The rubber grip can get dirty very easily so keep those hands clean at all times, and wipe in between rounds. But an okay fps mouse.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. It is fully supported on Mac too and works great! Highly recommend.

Just as good as the original G502 but with better price and looks. The white accents look great and match a lot of white custom gaming builds. For me, after using the G502 for Close to 3 years, it's become like a second skin and using it ruined all other mice for me haha. I own 8 different Logitech, Razer, Corsair and other gaming mice but always choose this one when it's time to play. One of my only issues with it is the mouse wheel. Don't get me wrong, the heavy metal weight and endless free-spin features are wonderful, and add a very premium feel to the mouse. The problem is the slickness of the metal, if you have very dry/clean hands and try to scroll With the heavy wheel too gently.. it will sometimes not move the wheel at all due to the surface being mirror-like smooth and slick. On the other hand, if you have ANY oils, lotions (sometimes even just sweat) on your mouse hand, you will be unable to spin it do to the combined heavy weight and slick surface. Switching to endless scroll allows easier movement but less precision, such as when changing weapons in FPS games. Overall a perfect gaming mouse and not everyone will have trouble with the mouse wheel!

Amazing mouse, i switched from console to pc gaming. This made the transition smoother and enjoyable.

This mouse was brand new to Best Buy. It is functionally the same as the G502 HERO but just looks different. It was much less than the G502 and was a no brainer. I was using a Logitech G403 mouse before getting this one. The DPI scaling is great and there are weights that can be added if it is too light out of the box. So far no issues.

The most reliable mouse for gaming hands down! Highly recommended it.

I am not the typical buyer of Logitech G502 Hero gaming mouse because I am not an avid PC gamer. I do play some games but not much because I just do not like the keyboard and mouse experience. So why would I be reviewing this mouse? Keep reading and it will make sense after I go over some my likes and dislikes of the mouse. Let me start off by saying that Logitech makes the best PC mice , period. They are all well thought out, responsive and have good tactile quality. This holds true for the G502 Hero. If you look closely, you start to see that every slope, every edge and button placement have a purpose ( although too many buttons on the G502 – more on that later.) The G502 Hero just fits perfect in my hand. However, I can see where this would not be great for people with large hands. Also, this is a right handed design only; you need to look for the ambidextrous versions and they tend to be more expensive. I like the main buttons but there are 4 buttons on the left side and I kept getting miss-clicks. I guess since I am not a PC gamer others may be used to this and they do serve a programmable purpose, I just do not like it. It gives the mouse an over designed feel to it. So back to why is an occasional PC -gamer reviewing a gaming mouse? Well, I do use Adobe Photoshop for editing and a gaming mouse is perfect for it. For example, the 16000 DPI ( which is overkill) gives a very precise movement. When you have a high res image and you are trying to move slightly across a zoomed in section, you quickly appreciate a high DPI mouse. This mouse is also heavy out of the box and you have the option to add included weights. I’m not sure the weight is for every gamer and think that most gamers , at least FPS gamers, they may want a light mouse. However, for editing an image , a heavier weight and a high DPI are a perfect combination. In summary, this is a quality gaming mouse that shows mature engineering . Mature engineering in the sense that Logitech has improved on the work of previous generations. For most gamers, it will hit the marks across the board. As indicated above, I think the G502 could have done without the extra two or more buttons on the left side. I’m not sure I would every not experience miss-clicks in a fast paced game. But, I still would recommend this for most gamers . For the image editors out there who also game, this would be a solid home run.
