Great Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had mine for a month, but so far I love it. It fits my hand well (I'm an average-sized guy), the weight is good, and the buttons have a good feel. I also like that the scroll wheel has two settings, so you can scroll precisely in-game, but then scroll quick and smooth on a webpage.

great mouse but only lasts about 4-5 years
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great for gaming this is my second. The mouse has changeable dpi and weight. the only downside is that it lasts about 4-5 years then you gotta look for a new mouse but that is longer then most other mice on the market

Best Gaming Mouse for Price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far the best gaming mouse I have found for this price point. I love the ability to customize weight as well as the various buttons for keybinds. I find the number of buttons isn't overwhelming like similar gaming mice and they are all easy to access (even for someone like me with small hands). If you're on the fence between this mouse and another at a similar price, this is the one! I am planning on buying a second just in case this one is no longer available when I need a new one.

Fantastic value
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not much to say here. This is one of logitechs best selling mice for years. For the price, this mouse is fantastic. It feels great, has plenty of programmable buttons, and the ability to change the actual weight is nice. It’s a great gaming mouse, but even if you don’t game, it would make a great budget friendly mouse for other tasks such as video and photo editing with the ability to program all the different buttons.

Still a very good mouse in 2021
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the mouse for $40 on sale... Adding my $30 best buy reward, the mouse is $10... It is a steal. Even without my reward, this mouse is still a strong contestant in 2021 for me. True, the mouse is heavy but it feels sturdy and comfy in my big hand (19mm x 11mm). Another plus is the mouse has so many customizable buttons. I need more buttons than I need the mouse to be light. Every button is customizable and can be saved into the onboard profile.

Great mouse. Comfortable and customizable.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mouse! The "ergonomic" design actually works (at least for me), and I really like how many buttons it has. The wheel scroll, sensitivity, and light settings are diverse enough that most people should be able to find something they like.

Great value for a Quality Product
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great feel. Comfort level is great for those of us with fat, chubby, short-fingered hands. Lots of buttons I will NEVER use. Lights are cute. I like the wheel spin clicking on-er/off-erer.

Most Versatile Mouse For All Around Gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is awesome. The ability to lock and unlock the scroll wheel is an excellent feature, and the weights make the mouse very customizable for whatever mouse grip you prefer. This thing was an adjustment from my M50 that is very "heavy" in comparison. Even when set to similar DPI settings I felt like I was throwing my cursor all over the place, but it was a quick adjustment and I do feel that "light" mice offer much more precision where needed.

Posted .Hi Jason, Very glad to hear how awesome you think the G502 Hero Gaming Mouse is---your feedback and recommendation is very much appreciated. One of the great benefits of the G502 is the fact that you can add weights to it if you're wanting something "heavy". Five 3.6g weights came with the G502 and are configurable in a variety of front, rear, left, right and center weighted configurations. Also, the customization goes to another level when you use Logitech's G Hub software. Here's a link to the download and some information about it: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133. Hope that you found this useful and that all is well. Thank you for choosing Logitech. - Richard from Logitech

Another great Logitech Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought my second version of this mouse. The older one was beginning tob freeze up. Great mouse for both gaming and everyday computer use. They did change the cord. This cord is shorter in length and not the braided version like the older one.

Amazing mice! Amazing price!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far the best budget gaming mouse I have had the pleasure of testing. You get 11 programable buttons and 5 weights to find your perfect balance. The mouse is fairly light compaired to my last unit so I used all 5 weights. The primary and secondary buttons are very crisp and have remained so after nearly 4 months of hard use! I game daily after work for a minimum of 4 hours to give some prospective on use.

Great mouse!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mouse. I was looking for a mouse with a scroll wheel that would allow you to have a continuous scroll without “click” scrolling. This mouse allows you to switch between the two and both feel great. I only found this feature on Logitech mice for some reason so I went with this model. You can add or remove weights from the bottom of the mouse to your preference. I added all of them as it gives it a premium feel in my opinion without being too heavy.

Very good wired mouse
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy the ergonomics of this mouse as well as the customizable dpi. For a lower-priced mouse this has several benefits. I also like the optional weights. For me, adding a little heft to the mouse gave me a better experience with the mouse.

Swing and a Miss for Logitech.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not really sure where all these 5 star reviews came from or why this Mouse is a best seller. First off.. the form factor is unnecessarily cluttered with hard edges, oddly shaped buttons (Why??) and a design that clearly favors righties only. To be fair and to get past the initial change from my old Corsair mouse I've been using this replacement for a couple of weeks now. Time has not improved my perceptions of this Mouse. I still struggle to find what should be the easiest and most ergonomic of ANY button on this thing, that being the left mouse button. About 25% of the time my fingers can't feel where this button is without looking at how I'm holding the mouse and re-position my fingers. Really stupid. Also, the placement of the additional buttons literally do nothing more than get in the way and are prone to accidental clicking, especially the resolution change button that ends up getting clicked at least several times a day which sends the mouse cursor flying across the screen. I will say on the plus side, I do like the weight. However, the overall size seems small. I'm about 5'9" and weigh 185. I'm not a huge person, but this feels really small in my hands. Now the worst part, others have mentioned, the mouse wheel is absolutely abysmal, there is absolutely no texture on the wheel whatsoever and spinning it is an exercise in frustration. How are they still manufacturing this thing when the plastic is so rock hard your finger slides over the wheel without actually having it turn. If you click the wheel release button so that the wheel is free spinning, the performance does not improve much. While you might be able to spin it like the prize wheel on the Price is Right, the sensitivity is so light that you scroll when you don't intend to simply by moving the mouse around or accidentally bumping the wheel. There is no happy medium here. This mouse is ready for the hardware graveyard. Logitech is clearly capable of better efforts than this thing, why are they still manufacturing it? Do yourself a favor and find a symmetrical mouse with less eye candy, goofy buttons and a mouse wheel that actually moves when you try to spin it.

G502 Proteus to HERO
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a replacement for my old G502 Proteus Core after several years of consistent use. The G502 HERO was an obvious choice to pick up. My only concern about it is that the HERO has a regular plastic wire cord, unlike the Proteus Core's braided cloth cable. Still, that's just a minor thing and the G502 feels just as solid and responsive as ever.

Great Upgrade but a Few Flaws...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this mouse for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I am upgrading from the Corsair Glaive, so naturally, I would prefer a heavy mouse. This mouse grants you the option to add weights to the bottom of it via a small compartment, and have added as many as I could. However, I noticed that if you add a weight near the magnetic closure piece, it will make the back plate to access the weight compartment more likely to fall off, and this can result in your mouse not being able to sense the tabletop as well and overall interrupt gameplay. I remedied this by just not having a weight in that slot. Otherwise, this mouse is everything I could have wanted. I love all the buttons I can keybind and the fact I can unlock the scroll wheel. Now, here's something else that is not so great... This mouse utilizes the Logitech software to allow you to customize it, but I also have a Blue Yeti, so it also automatically links to this software. The software for the Blue Yeti is terrible, and has made is so my microphone doesn't function as well. I had to go through the trouble of completely disabling the software from modifying my Blue Yeti.

Love-hate relationship
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is no doubt that Logitech knows how to make a good mouse - the hardware and build quality are great, and the design is aesthetically pleasing. The finely textured surface on the right side and thumb rest are a nice feature and help maintain purchase on an otherwise slick surface. The RGB lighting is sparse, but differentiates this model as something more than your standard mouse. But what really sets this mouse apart from others is the scroll wheel, and that's what drives my love-hate relationship. I love the fact that the wheel can be "unlocked" with a click of a button, and turn into a free-spinning scroll that really enhances zooming in or out in games, or moving up and down web pages or spreadsheets quickly. But this same feature also renders the middle click function nearly useless, as you are more apt to trigger the left click sensor of the wheel. Finer control of the middle click can be restored by enabling the tension button, but for some reason Logitech choose to go without a rubber (friction) surface on the wheel, so more times than not your finger will slide over the surface without moving it. Pressing harder on the wheel to get some friction will cause a click of the middle button. I really want to love this mouse, but for that reason, I just can't. If you have large hands (as I do), a fingertip-grip is required. This took some getting used to, as I switched from a mouse that allowed a palm grip (my preference). Also, The programmable software (G Hub) is generic and counter-intuitive. I don't want to spend any time tweaking features because of the poor software design. TL;DR: Pros: Free spinning scroll wheel Hardware quality (tracking sensor, buttons) Aesthetically pleasing design Great pricing (around $40 on sale) Customizable (weights, programmable buttons, RGB) Cons: Friction-less wheel surface G Hub software May not work for large hands Right hander's only

Good for people with smallish hands.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had read that this mouse wasn't the best for people with big hands, but decided to purchase it anyway. I see now that was a mistake. It's not totally ruining my experience, but I had to unbind all of the dpi changing buttons because I found myself accidentally hitting them a lot. Even after a month of daily driving I still accidentally hit the buttons on the side of the mouse which can lead to unfortunate situations in games, but the sensor is nice and so is the weight. Overall this is a great mouse, but if you have bigger hands than most, there are better options. Not to mention how buggy GHub is, it offend glitches out and requires reinstallation, an issue that has been around for a while now.
