    Some of the side buttons didnt work/un-programmable. Liked the way it felt in the hand but while playing games it would shoot/discharge weapon without me even touching the mouse. Messed with settings and still had the problem. Exchanged it at Best Buy for a Razor Deathadder mouse - was a little more expensive 10$ but worth it - Works great - no issues.

      Hello Lotter, I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your G502 mouse. If you download our GHub software, you get access to the customization that you're looking for, allowing you to not only customize the lights, but the buttons as well as setting different DPI profiles.
