    I think its a good mouse but the one I purchased has a wheel that is out of balance. When the wheel is turned to scroll and you stop and take you finger off the wheel it will roll up or down on its own for a quarter turn.

    This is my second g502 hero that I've owned and they both have had the same issue. You cannot click and drag to highlight/move items, the mouse double clicks on its own with one press of the left key. Plenty of online tutorials on YouTube showing you how to resolder the board to repair it, have done it twice.

    The mouse worked great until the software was installed and now it is bricked and no longer works and the support team is no help. Ended up having to buy a new mouse
