    Everything started good, till I started having an issue where the mouse would not click and drag. It would randomly release even though the button would still be down. This somewhere between 6-9 months, Logitech refused to do anything because the serial number sticker that was on the cable was not in place. So I now have a nightsword.

      Hello Taniel, So sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the G502 HERO Wired Gaming Mouse. If you haven't done so already, I highly suggest that you download the G Hub software which will do two things for you. First, it will alert you to any needed firmware updates which could alleviate the performance of the button as you click and drag. Second, G Hub will also allow you to customize settings and map buttons to your liking. Here is the link for the download https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133 all you have to do is choose the platform, PC or Mac that you're using your G502 with.     This mouse is NICE. In fact the only downside to this mouse is that it isn't wireless (which you can pay for if you would prefer a wireless mouse). Logitech GHub struggles at times in my experience.
