    I purchased the original G502 many years ago and purchased this to replace it after man years of wear. Overall great mouse for gaming, very comfortable for people with bigger hands.

    I'm a huge, long-time Logitech user and fan. I love Logitech products. That being said, I am extremely disappointed in this mouse. Now I will admit that there may be a problem with my computer but I am doubting that, since my two other wireless Logitech mice work perfectly fine. Periodically, this G502 stops working. For no apparent reason the mouse will just cease to function and the only way to get it back is to restart the PC. Other than that, it takes some getting used to with the DPI settings and what its myriad of buttons do. For gaming I'm at odds with it. I have a "meh" emotion towards the G502 and my older, chunkier wireless Performance MX mouse does the job quite well. In fact at the time of this writing, I am using that Performance MX mouse because the G502 shut itself off again. I think Logitech missed the mark with this one.

      Hi, we're sorry to see you're having some software and performance related issues with your G502 Wired Gaming Mouse. If you're having software related issues, please make sure to have the free G Hub software downloaded to the computer. This will allow you to configure the mouse RGB colors, actions for the buttons, firmware updates, etc. But if you just doesn't like the way the mouse feels or handles, Logitech G makes other great options like the G203, G403, and G305 mice!

    Feels really good in the hand. I like my mouse heavy so I put all the weights in came with in it and it feels amazing. The light customization is cool too. Overall good purchase.

    The wheel enables the slider option too easily from my abuse. lol. So it gets a 3 star. You can deactivate through the app that is accompanying the app. But be sure you have a real version of Windows. Trial or non-purchased yet are not able to customize any settings. If you VM a lot.
