Never have had any issues with the product itself. But the program G Hub does have it's own bugs. But that's not really needed after set up.

I have had the mouse for a little over 2 months now. Its an amazing mouse. I wasn't looking forward to going back to a wired mouse after so long of wireless but this mouse the wire isn't an issue at all.. it doesn't kink catch or drag. The buttons are very well placed especially if you have a medium to large hand. It fits the palm grip style very nicely. Its response is great and moves effortlessly across my mouse paid.

Special edition color of a classic. The g502 is one of the best wired ergonomic mice logitech has made. I love the white accents.

Sturdy, weighty mouse. Easy to use. Could have been uniform for left right. App is easy to use; default settings for the mouse could have been better mapped than three for changing DPI.

This mouse is super amazing not only can it be light weight but it can also be a little heavier for those.who like resistance when playing games

Amazing mouse,super easy flow and super smooth. The weight it especially helps with gaming and doesn’t seem heap at all and fits hand amazingly

Smooth and easy to use. Option of the weights are great since I tend to like it heavier. Multiple programmable buttons. The only con is the cover for the weight opens to easily (magnetized) which leads to it popping off when lifting it.

Replaced the wireless version of the same model. That model lasted me 4 years of in/out of backpack and daily use. I only use Logitech mice.

I bought this mouse first, then the keyboard, then the headset so they could go with my SecretLab x K/DA ALL OUT chair. I absolutely adore it. I came here from previously using the Razer Basilisk gaming mouse and -- while they are very comparable -- I love this one so much more!! My puppy got to the cord under my desk and chewed through the cable :( SoOOo... Yeah, I bought this mouse again, no hesitation. It's perfection even w/o being K/DA themed.

The usb cable came either smaller or something, because it wiggles and easily disconnects from my laptop. My other older logitech mouse didnt have this problem (no other coord is like this, its not my computer). Massive annoyance when it disconnects mid fight and I die. Id give it a 5 if it wasnt for that.

I have had a number of gaming mouses over the years. I recently was using the deathadder but switched to this and do not regret it one bit!

Absolutely great mouse. Love the size, the adjustable weight and the button layout

The weights and usage for mouse are really good. The only issue is there are 2 buttons. But ease of use and change mode make up for it

My MacBook Pro can use this mice. There is G hub drive for Mac! Wonderful!

Great mouse, works great out of the box, and the lighting software is easy to use. Comes with weights to adjust if you like.
