If you haven't done so already, feel free to download our GHub software, which allows you to customize the RGB of your mouse, set custom DPI, as well as custom map all the reprogrammable buttons. If you ever have any issues with the device in the future, please feel free to visit our support site where you can find troubleshooting tips and tricks, get direct assistance, as well as find warranty information.     Great mouse for gaming or just office use. Has adjustable weights in it that that give it a custom feel. Only complaint: the software to control the mouse is terrible but that I've noticed that across all of logitech software.
