    The mouse hardware is 4-stars, but feels flimsy, plastic-y, and makes far too much noise. Logitech's G Hub software is ZERO stars. It crashes constantly on both Windows PCs and MacOS. When it does work, it is very slow to startup, even on premium hardware. And it updates itself, requiring a restart, almost every day which is super annoying. Lastly, Logitech's customer service and support team are abysmal and they might as well be non-existent. There's only one reason this mouse is so popular: It's one of the better options in a sea of absolute TRASH.

    Finding the right mice is like finding the right comfortable pair of shoes. I'm coming from G903 mouse, i felt like my hands did not wrap around the mice correctly, my grip always felt odd. I saw this mouse on sale ($30), i knew i had to give it a try. By all means this was the right choice, i have truly found my mouse soulmate. I love the fact that at this price point, you get a HERO sensor. I believe it is still on sale for $35, if your looking for a mice, give this one a try.
