    I love the extra buttons. Software could use some work; most certainly not user-friendly. Scroll wheel is too loose, and makes a rattling noise when the mouse is moved. Mouse is too skinny; it doesn't have a good place for my ring finger to rest, and the right side ridge is too small to reliably help pick up the mouse. All the buttons are easy to reach, and add a lot of value to everyday tasks as well as gaming. A ring finger rest/shelf would fix these two problems and make it a 4.5 star mouse. Fix the software and maybe it gets a 5.

    I'm not a gamer, but I do appreciate all of the customization options that make my workday a little more efficient. Even the ability to change the color pattern is a nice touch. I don't like the fact that the tracking can't be calibrated, even though other Logitech G Series mice can be. I say that because it has some serious troubles on mousepads with any kind of glossy or slightly reflective surface (like Kensington). The cursor jumps all over the place and makes the mouse unusable. I now use a cloth mousepad and it works fine, but just so you know beforehand.

    Half a year before the left click started having problems with drag and drop. Tested it on multiple computers and all drivers are up to date. Kinda important for my work from home job. Apparently it has a 2 year limited warranty, so here's hoping their customer support is good. Otherwise it has been a good mouse. Though it is a bit small for my hand (I prefer a palm grip). If the warranty is a no go, I'll probably go buy a wider mouse.

      Hey Josh, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your G502 Hero. If you haven't done so already, try to blow out the inside of the click with a can of compressed air. If that doesn't work, navigate to your computers double-click settings and try modifying the sensitivity, which can also sometimes fix the issue.
