    seems like bottom glide pads on logitech has problems both g502 proteus and hero edition have same problem, but my hero edition lasted only 3 weeks, my proteus edition still works but those pads on bottom realy messed up. currently im on the phone with logitech to see if I can get repair or exchange, but as it turns out you have to pay a charge to talk to logitech support. completly unacceptable. so yeah I think I wont be buying any logitech product ever from this point.

    Logitech is no longer a mouse company. 4th model in a year that feels great and clicks perfectly but there is a delay or no click registration. Crappy switches all around. I have this problem with Logitech's that have custom software or nothing at all. Going to try to salvage 5 of these paper weights and Geek Squad replace and Craigslist my latest one.

    Purchased July 7th, 2020. - Already not working. Right click doesn't hold. I thought it was kind of odd that the mouse wheel has much wobble as it does too. This mouse was recommended to me by a friend. Not impressed and didn't last long at all. Imagine the frustration when trying to ADS and getting constant scope in and out's during matches. It's not fun. The problem has gotten significantly worse over the past few days.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your G502 HERO mouse. It sounds to me like you're having a double click issue. First, try cleaning both the clicks with a can of compressed air, as sometimes the issue can be that dirt or dust has accumulated around the switch inside the mouse. Second, try going into your settings on your computer and adjusting double click sensitivity, as that can also solve the problem.
