Customers are saying

Customers love the G502 HERO SE Wired Optical Gaming Mouse with RGB Lighting for its overall performance, customizable weight, and comfortable feel. Many appreciate the adjustable DPI, extra buttons, controllable RGB lighting, and reasonable price. Some customers feel the mouse is small and dislike the software, while a few prefer a wireless option. However, the positive aspects of the mouse seem to outweigh the negative ones for most users.

So far so good. Bought this to replace my older G502 Proteus and is working as expected. My only concern for some may be the fact that there is no cable sleeve. For me it should be no worry, but for somebody who may move it around frequently be cautious. I would however prefer a braided cable on the mouse, especially for the cost. It does have a nice little strap of velcro on the cable to secure the excess, so that is a plus. Either way, I like these Logitec G502 mice and will continue to get them as needed.

Since my purchase, I have been incredibly happy with the 502. Fits perfectly in the palm of my hand and allows for a classic "claw" grip as well. The free spinning scroll wheel is a big plus. Allows for some crazy firing techniques in fps games.

Very comfortable, smooth mouse. I enjoy being able to customize the weight since I like having a heavier feel. The adjustable DPI is nice, also. Only real downside is I wish I got the black version, because this one is quite bright.

I bought this for my 12 yr. old grandson. He indicates that it is very easy to use, he likes the LED lighting and mentioned that it fits in his hand very nicely. Colors make it fun to use.

Very nice mouse. Almost half the price of the wireless and performs just as the wireless one would. Would recommend to anyone on a budget but wants a great mouse. Or even people without a budget!

Best mouse. I only needed a new one because my previous G502 had lived a full life. 10/10 recommend this mouse for gaming.

Can't beat it for the price. Love that you can change the weight by simply adding or removing weights (I play with no weights). One of the best mice out there and now that it's cheaper you'd be missing out if you didn't buy it.

Needed a new mouse. This one was an excellent size (my previous one was on the bigger side which I liked). Easy access to buttons that adjust DPI -- just have to be careful not the accidentally push them.

My gamer girl loves it! She said it’s perfect for her small hands. She likes that she can keep it light or add the magnets provided to make it heavier. She has been using it for about a month with no issues.

Put it to use as soon as I got home. Only issue is the scroll wheel wanders now and then. Weight is easy to change. I like a heavier mouse so this is a great feature. Recomend to all and the price was 11 bucks less than Wally world.

Switched from a Razer Deathadder 2013 to this and this mouse just feels 10x better than the Deathadder. My only gripe about it though is that if you're used to the weight of a Deathadder or anything lighter than that, this will feel really heavy. It tires out my wrists after using it for awhile. I honestly don't know how anyone can put even more weights into this. But overall it feels super comfortable, has a nice customizablity, easy to use program and fun infinite spinning scroll wheel.

The lightweight and optional added weights to this mouse makes this very competitive and useable in tournaments. I’m a pro CSGO player and have always used the G502 everyday.

    Scrolling wheel issues

Good looking mouse. Light but you can add weights to your liking. Long enough wires that’s good thing. I like 90% of the product. 11 customizable buttons. Good solid clicks. All good. But there is one button that I use alot to browse web. Center button. It’s too slippery and scrolling is not as smooth as it should be. You need to put effort to scroll. I have my set up as left and right shift as windows snapping to left and right. When I am scrolling it it snap my browsers to left and right. It’s very annoying. Due to scrolling being so rigid and slippery I have to put some force on it. Everything is good except the scrolling wheels. If you are just gaming I guess it’s good enough but it’s not for web browsing.

Absolutely love this mouse but I constantly have problems with right-click registering in FPS games after normal use. I looked it up and this appears to be a well-documented issue. Not the first time this has happened. This is typically a palm-grip mouse and the programmable buttons and unlockable mouse-wheel is super nice.

I got this for my husband and he loves it. The mouse is very responsive and fits his hand very well. He was complaining about his previous mouse so I thought I would give this one a try. No complaints from him. :-)
