The extra buttons are awesome for gaming and the weights are ok.

For anyone with small to medium size hands I would totally recommend. Being able to adjust the weight is also a huge plus.

The DPI buttons being able to be set as additional macros is awesome -- I don't do it often but in some games I have. Overall, a good mouse. Some hate the weight on it but I don't mind it at all.
