Awesome product only thing I didn't like was where you plug the mouse in to charge other than that I have had no problems with it.

This, by far, has got to be one of my favorite mice to use while gaming or anything in general. Feels great in your hand and makes you feel like you have control over everything that's going on. Very solid mouse for what it is. One problem. I've gone through multiple mouse because of the cheap switches. The switches on this mouse are absolutely horrid. Although they are good, they are fragile. They're weaker than previous (and cheaper) versions of this mouse, and it's easy for them to break. The problem of them breaking is not only the damage, but it tends to double click, which gets on my nerves, and sometimes doesn't even register a click. Would highly recommend you get protection on this product so in the case that you need to replace this, you can do so for free.

Love the mouse especially with the wireless charging pad. Haven't tried to use with 2 connected computers yet. Software for it is OK and sometimes causes issues.

I love the mouse, but the left clicker was having issues after 3-6 months after use. It would not register or would hold after some time. I've had gaming mice before with no issues. I love the layout and how it conforms to your hand. The twenty thousand buttons are awesome.

I purchased for my boyfriend. He uses a pc gaming set up, he was looking for an upgrade. I was recommended this in store and he absolutely loves it, it’s held up well. I overall recommend.

i brought this because my 604 kept double clicking. it got bad to the point it was affecting my free time off of work on my computer. thank god this mouse does not have that issue, at lease not yet hopefully never. AMEN!

I bought this as a replacement for my wired gaming mouse. I was somewhat concerned that it would not perform as well but, I was very surprise at the performance. I would definitely recommend this to any gamer.

One of my all time favorite mouse before I upgraded to the ultra light for fps. I have 3 different Logitech gaming mouses. This one has been a fan favorite.

For a new gamer this mouse allows for several keybinds right at your hand. It also fits in your hand very nicely.

Nearly perfect mouse, just missing the Bluetooth capability to become the work/gaming perfect balance. The grip is excellent, feels like you are in full control. For the price and size it should have the Bluetooth tech, hope Logitech adds it and makes it a bit lighter.

A little of a learning curve, but a great addition to my gaming. Fits my hand better than any other mouse. The ability to designate what each button Willis for me really makes it my own. I would recommend this product.

I started off disliking the dpi button, then I realized what it was. a momentary sniper button, ive noticed quite an increase of accuracy even on lagy games.

Really nice for gaming, however only lasted about a year and died. Maybe I got a bad one but still a good mouse.

I’m new to PC gaming. Prior to buying the G502, I was using the Logitech MX Master 3, which is technically not a gaming mouse but a mouse that I really enjoyed. I’ve had the G502 for only 2 days. It’s not as comfortable and I’m not sure the performance is better as my non-gaming MX Master 3. Again, I’m new to PC gaming so still figuring things out.

Works good and battery lasts a long time its just nice to use.

Only issue I have with it is when you do a macro sometimes it gets stuck and it just primary clicks continuously only way to stop it is to shut the computer down and restart it. I have also one time been able to get task manager open and close the GHub program but it’s more pain than it should be so shutting it down is the easiest route

It’s very easy to connect, you get the dongle out connect into pc and ur done, when u turn on and off it auto connects

I purchased this to upgrade form my g900. I wanted something that my thumb could rest on. Being able to change the weight is an amazing plus, the ability to wireless charge it with the power play mouse pad is just amazing.
