i brought this because my 604 kept double clicking. it got bad to the point it was affecting my free time off of work on my computer. thank god this mouse does not have that issue, at lease not yet hopefully never. AMEN!

I love the mouse, but the left clicker was having issues after 3-6 months after use. It would not register or would hold after some time. I've had gaming mice before with no issues. I love the layout and how it conforms to your hand. The twenty thousand buttons are awesome.

The mouse quality itself is great, I love the look and feel. The issue is this mouse uses a 2.4ghz band "Lightspeed" which in my experience is experiencing interference when playing video games. It causes a very slight but noticable in-game lag, which, for the game I play, is not something I can afford to have happen. I've confirmed it's the mouse itself as I have a wired g502 from 2018 that works perfectly. Other than that, this mouse is great!

I love this mouse. Only issue is that the USB dongle doesn’t have a spot in the mouse for safe travels.

I got this for my grandson. He is extremely happy with it! He was very excited to start using it.

I bought this as a replacement for my wired gaming mouse. I was somewhat concerned that it would not perform as well but, I was very surprise at the performance. I would definitely recommend this to any gamer.

This, by far, has got to be one of my favorite mice to use while gaming or anything in general. Feels great in your hand and makes you feel like you have control over everything that's going on. Very solid mouse for what it is. One problem. I've gone through multiple mouse because of the cheap switches. The switches on this mouse are absolutely horrid. Although they are good, they are fragile. They're weaker than previous (and cheaper) versions of this mouse, and it's easy for them to break. The problem of them breaking is not only the damage, but it tends to double click, which gets on my nerves, and sometimes doesn't even register a click. Would highly recommend you get protection on this product so in the case that you need to replace this, you can do so for free.

Awesome product only thing I didn't like was where you plug the mouse in to charge other than that I have had no problems with it.

I love this mouse and all Logitech products. This mouse is very smooth and perfect for gaming.

A little of a learning curve, but a great addition to my gaming. Fits my hand better than any other mouse. The ability to designate what each button Willis for me really makes it my own. I would recommend this product.

Seems okay, it’s sluggish for a few seconds when it hasn’t been moved in a few minutes. All the settings and mapping seems on point.

I’m new to PC gaming. Prior to buying the G502, I was using the Logitech MX Master 3, which is technically not a gaming mouse but a mouse that I really enjoyed. I’ve had the G502 for only 2 days. It’s not as comfortable and I’m not sure the performance is better as my non-gaming MX Master 3. Again, I’m new to PC gaming so still figuring things out.

This g502 lightspeed is definitely heavier than other mice, but the functionality and form factor is definitely is a huge plus. There is little to no latency when using it wireless. The overall size and grip is what I personally prefer, and there are quite a few custom buttons that you can configure per game using the Logitech app. Would recommend if you need wireless and like heavier mice.

Works good and battery lasts a long time its just nice to use.
