    Awesome mouse all around. Only problem is it doesn’t fully turn off by itself when you turn your pc off. But if your pc is in sleep mode it will.

    I can not rate this higher then a 2. For a device this expensive, one would think they would install quality switches, but nope. I have been plagued with the "double click" problem for awhilenow, and even at times, the pressing of the left "button" does not register. It seems that during the time I have had it, it developed a faulty "zone" on the left switch, and considering I use this mouse to play FPS games mostly, it is a huge deal when one can not shoot or shoots to much. The finicky zone is right in the middle (where my finger rests comfortably when I use it...go figure right). If you want a bigger picture about this issue, search online, and you will see its not exactly an isolated incident. Contacted Logitech and they sent me the typical canned responses of "try updating the drivers...or what mousepad am I using (which happens to be the Logitech Powerplay)..and other suggestions. This is a hardware issue plain and simple. Since I no longer have my receipt I can not claim it as a warranty issue, and they do not accept screenshots from the MyBestBuy purchase history, as proof of purchase. If anyone asks, I would easily point them in the direction of other name brands.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the G502 Lightspeed. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the mouse and warranty process. You seem to be doing everything right, and it does sound like a faulty switch. Maybe Best Buy customer service would be able to find your purchase (based off your online purchase history) and print out a receipt that you could then use for a warranty claim. Sorry again.
