I always have issues with product at BestBuy because 90% of their products are open box but they aren't labeled as such. To save myself the time and hassle of repackaging and driving back to the store, I reprogrammed my old receiver to the new mouse and will not be wasting my time going to bestbuy again.

We appreciate you finding a workaround with your old receiver, but we are truly sorry that you had to go through this hassle. This is not the quality or experience we intend to provide, and we will use this feedback to address internal processes.

However, this mouse along with many logitech mice have major double clicking issues so make sure you save your receipt. I have had to return this last mouse 3x already in a year under warranty so make sure to save your receipt.
