It was great brand new. The most comfortable mouse I have ever owned. The fact that it used a micro usb to charge takes away points. It also develops a double click issue after a year or 2 of use. I Have purchased 2 of them and they have both developed the double click issue.

Mouse seems to have really good response time wirelessly. Includes very long cable for charging purposes. Wireless dongle is kinda awkard with laptop and what must be at least 6ft cable.

The battery won't last long. This is even true when the mouse goes into sleep mode. The mouse works when plugged int. The software for DPI settings is poor. The DPI available, comfort, and weight (comes with extra weights) are good.

I had the wited g502 since i bought my pc in 2017. Have had the wired version for a little over a month and its been great. Battery life is actually really good and the lightweight cord free is great.

This mouse is amazingly fast and works well. Battery life is good.

Perhaps the best fit in the hand I've felt on a mouse. It just snugs right up to my hand, all the extra buttons are just as easy to press as you'd want them to be. And the RGB logo adds just enough of an accent piece to the black coloration.

Amazing mouse. Full control with profile switching for games and such. Dpi is way faster than anyone would need, and sensor is super accurate. Good for gaming from FPS to MMO. The only thing that would be nice to see in future iterations is a slightly better battery life. But the switch between wireless and wired to charge is seamless.

Bought this mouse and it has outstanding performance. Fast, 25,600dpi makes it unbelieve performance. So why am I only giving it 4/5 stars. Well, the battery sucks!! After the mouse is fully charged, it only last about 2 days. And that is only using the computer to browse the internet, not playing games. When playing a game, the battery losses life faster. But, on a good note, the battery does charge fast. But, to pay this much for a mouse, I would expect the battery life to be much better, even though the battery is rechargeable.

Awesome product. Switched from a Corsair wireless due to the constant hiccup from the wireless not keeping connection for a second, ending up in me dying in valorant or CS2. I’ve had this for nearly a month now, no lag, no glitches, constant amazing and smooth service wirelessly. The cord is a nice length too so if you need to play and charge, it does it comfortably. (My Corsair one was terrible.) My only gripe on this product that it doesn’t auto shut off, so if you leave it on all night it’ll be dead when you come back. You also can’t mess with the settings in G HUB to help this. It fits nice in my hand, traces well, all around amazing product.

This is a great mouse with a lot of customization. The clicks are satisfying, and the buttons are in good places. Other gaming mice tend to put a dozen buttons only on the left and it's hard to keep track. This mouse has them in locations all over so it's more even. The software is really good too and if you customize the buttons to perform actions within specific games, many games have profiles within the software, so it lists actions within that game so setting up the buttons is really easy.

Purchased this mouse due to it having all the feature I was looking for and my previous experience with Logitech mice has been excellent. Mouse was great and the wireless was flawless. However for my hand size and grip style the mouse just simply couldn’t work, and I really wanted it to. Would recommend for anyone in the average to slightly above average hand size, palm or claw grip.

Solid mouse. Has good controls for dpi and the weight system is cool. I just don't like the style of the mouse and got the g604 instead.

Was honestly really happy with this mouse, easy to use and I loved the extra weights provided as I generally prefer a heavier mouse.

I used the original G502 for the longest time before deciding to upgrade, and made the mistake of getting anything but this. The wireless connection is exceptional and has no noticable delay. Battery life is decent, but for my gaming sessions I needed to get a PowerPlay mousepad anyways. The G502 is clearly as popular as it is for good reason.

This mouse has multiple buttons that I am able to customize for multiple uses on the computer, each pending on the game I am playing, or editing software I am using. It helps make it insanely convenient. You also have a wide range of DPI speed that you can adjust the mouse to, and the ability to set multiple speeds with just a click of a button. Love this mouse!

Got it to play Hell Let Loose (best fps made). Immediately upon using the mouse. I improved my accuracy by 150% The mouse is so smooth and intuitive programmable buttons. Great mouse will edit further upon more use if anything changes

Like the mouse with the ability to add weight. Don't like how sensitive the scroll is, if there is a way to change it I haven't found it yet. With the charging pad haven't really had battery issues, but the 2 together were expensive. Switching back to corded Mouse and Keyboard.
