Customers are saying

Customers admire the G502 Lightspeed Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse for its excellent battery life, lightweight design, and reliable wireless connectivity. Many users appreciate its overall performance, comfortable feel, and customizable buttons. While some find the price to be a drawback and the software interface confusing, the mouse is generally praised for its responsiveness and features like the infinite scroll wheel. The adjustable DPI and RGB lighting are also well-received.

I really wanted to love this mouse and there is a lot here to like. Bottom line, I loved everything about it but the weight was just too much and tired out my hand after being used to lighter mice.

So its 150 dollars and you still cant use wireless charging. I'll be returning this right away. It works well, but you cannot buy the power play adapter separate. You have to buy a different mouse all together.

Mouse has a great feel and very smooth, hand feels comfortable resting on it for exteneted periods of time. Its got just the right amount of buttons. The quick dpi settings available are great when gaming and messing with photoshop.

    Logitech Does it Again

I’ve been using Logitech mice for gaming for the past few years. They are reliable, precise, and feel great in hand. With the new G502 Lightspeed, Logitech continues to make gaming more convenient and easy. First off, this mouse looks great. The buttons feel great and build material is high quality. I like that they included weights for the mouse to let users change the heft of the mouse. The ability to change the scroll wheel from a free-spin to a click-spin is another nice feature. When this mouse is paired with the Powerplay Wireless Charging System, you never have to worry about charging again. Just change out the bottom cap on the mouse with the one in the Powerplay box and its set up to charge wirelessly. Also, you no longer need to use the Lightspeed USB adapter that came with the mouse because its built-in to the Powerplay system. Something that I think Logitech needs to work on is the G-Hub software on Windows. Sometimes the mouse doesn’t properly sync the RGB colors or the app freezes. It’s still handy to have to change the programable buttons and check battery level. The Logitech G502 Gaming Mouse is honestly one of the best mice I have used. It has the quick response of a wired mouse but the freedom of a wireless one.

Hello Jefferson, thank you for sharing your experience with the G502 Lightspeed mouse. I'm sorry that you did not like your overall experience with it. The features of this mouse including 11 programmable buttons and Logitech's HERO sensor give it an edge over other wireless mice. If you are needing a more simple wireless gaming mouse please check out the G703 or G305. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech.

I thought I’d love this mouse, but there’s a couple dealbreakers for me. The scroll wheel becomes loose and wobbly if you drop it so you have to be very careful with the mouse. Also the clicks on this mouse isn’t good for multi-clicks. The spring for lack of a better word doesn’t come up as fast. The wired 502 was better at this. I really wanted to love this mouse considering how expensive it was.

      Hello,
Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry that you have experienced lag; I would like to help. If you have not already done so, please check your computer for software updates and also driver updates. Please check if your G Hub software has any available updates (automatic updates are recommended). If you are using this mouse with the PowerPlay Wireless Charging system, the USB receiver will not be needed. Please remove and reinsert the USB receiver to make sure the receiver is making solid contact. If you still experience lag, please try a different USB input. If you have not already done so, you may want to run the "OnBoard Memory Manager" where you can reestablish a connection between the USB receiver and G502 Lightspeed mouse. I hope these suggestions are helpful and that you will enjoy your G502 Lightspeed Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse. I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" support page for your reference, where you will find further support.

      Best regards,

This is a high priced mouse that simply isn’t worth it. The prior generation it replaced worked great for years but finally wore out. This unit has software conflicts. Their site states firmware must be updated. That doesn’t work. Their customer support has created a service tag but nothing yet. I would return it but Best Buy says it is past the 2 weeks to return it. So a waste of over $100 and a lost customer for Best Buy.

I did my research and this looked like the best mouse to buy. I bought one and it was my favorite mouse! It was awesome and never disconnected in wireless mode. Then two weeks after it arrived it I could not hold down right click. It would press once and deactivate with the button still pressed. No big deal, I returned it and got a new one. The new one does not have the click issue but instead will disconnect often in wireless mode and the mouse pointer jumps around the screen. Unfortunately, I hve exceeded the two week period and can not exchange this one so I have opted to go with a different mouse.

Fantastic mouse for gaming. Not 5 stars because I have seen 2 different mice both have issues with right click after about a year of use. Overall it is great for gaming and the wireless charging(separate purchase) keeps you from worrying about battery life.
