Customers admire the G502 Lightspeed Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse for its excellent battery life, lightweight design, and reliable wireless connectivity. Many users appreciate its overall performance, comfortable feel, and customizable buttons. While some find the price to be a drawback and the software interface confusing, the mouse is generally praised for its responsiveness and features like the infinite scroll wheel. The adjustable DPI and RGB lighting are also well-received.

    It lasted 3 years

It lasted 3 years, a ton better than razer mouses, but sad for a 150 dollars product. BestBuy should sell 5 years geek squad for mouses, get it if there is one.

Literally the best mouse I have ever owned. I only wish it had USB C, but all else is great.

Amazing mice in beginning but doesn't last

Great mice but after a year it became unusable. I am not even a daily gamer, casual use 1-2 times a week. Right click button stopped holding, started having tracking issues as well. Tried all of the troubleshooting and still having issues. Very upsetting because it is an not a cheap product and only lasted little bit over a year.

Expensive but its a nice mouse. Fits well in hand and has so many options. Its a bit of an overkill but good for gaming.

    Barely Lasts 2 Years

This mouse failed to work just after the two year warranty period. The hardware for the buttons does not hold up to very light gaming and browsing work. After two years with no drops and fully-maintained, this mouse started failing to register mousedown and mouseup events. Adjusted polling rate, ensured firmware updates were in place, plugged it in - this mouse simply did not work exactly after the warranty period ended. I love the feel of this mouse, the buttons, the adjustability, the weight. If you like a thumbrest, it's well-designed. But the build quality is shoddy. If you're unlucky or use your computer a lot, it might fail even faster for you.

    Charging cord stopped charging, defective

Bought the mouse about 10 days ago in person. It worked fantastic in FPS and I had a blast with LightSync. My charger, adapter, and all worked great. Today when I tried charging it with my charger neither would my mouse connect while it was 'charging' but it wasn't charging either! I never thought a product could come out so good but in 10 days become defective. Back to using my gold ol' G402 until I exchange my G502 Lightspeed for another brand because at least it stopped working over the time I could return it.

Here is the link in order to file a claim: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025084473-Warranty-G502-LIGHTSPEED. I hope this helps! Twice this product cant even last 3 months

My first mouse started to fail in the first 3 months, now 3 more months later my replacement is starting to fail. With the first one you would have to put pressure on the dongle for the PC recognize the dongle was connected. This was tested with just the dongle on 3 different PCs. I then go thought Logitech's insane warranty process where the support team can even open the videos I have sent them. Oh but the moment I ask to have the issues escalated it gets immediately approved. Anyways I get a new mouse for Logitech and the dongle has the same issue. Well at least this time you don't have to keep constant pressure on the dongle for the PC to see it. Well 3 more months latter and now the side forward button is also clicking the DSI shift button. Like there is a short in the PCB or something.
