Customers are saying

Customers admire the G502 Lightspeed Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse for its excellent battery life, lightweight design, and reliable wireless connectivity. Many users appreciate its overall performance, comfortable feel, and customizable buttons. While some find the price to be a drawback and the software interface confusing, the mouse is generally praised for its responsiveness and features like the infinite scroll wheel. The adjustable DPI and RGB lighting are also well-received.

i bought this mouse after retiring my Logitech G402 and found the adjustment to this mouse to be very smooth. It has a near identical shape, and so the only adjustment I had to make was the feeling of no cable for the wireless mode

Everything about the G502 WL is outstanding. response time is on point as is everything else. Feels great in the hand and honestly I if you are a twitch fps type of person I still dont understand why you would'nt take advantage of the extra weights. the only reason I give it 4 /5 is the battery life is a lie. Even on minimal use it does not last as long as advertised.

    Excellent Mouse for Everything

Really liking this mouse so far. It's very ergonomic and the buttons are easy to reach. The programming and macro setup was intuitive and very easy to figure out. My only complaint would be the relatively short battery life. My previous mouse lasted probably 2+ months on a charge. This one was at 50% after about a week. Not a deal breaker by any means but I guess they used a smaller battery to keep it light. It still has plenty of battery for my needs, and it can be used with their wireless charging mousepad if that's ever an issue. Overall this is a great mouse and I'd recommend it to anybody looking to upgrade, for gaming or not. It's a great mouse with lots of features. I especially like the button to switch the wheel from free spin to notched for rapid scrolling or single click scrolling.

    Replaced my G900 Chaos Spectrum

I originally bought a Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum to replace my old Logitech G9X mouse (one of my favorite mice ever!), and it wasn't bad, but I just didn't like it as much as I would've hoped. Kept for a couple of years, but missed the extra weighty feel of my G9X. Well, I got this when it was on sale, and instantly fell in love! It feels just like my old G9X, if not better, and has way more options and features than all of my previous mice. Weights are adjustable, and plenty of really nice buttons/features. Only thing is, my hands are a bit small, and so many times I've accidentally clicked on the different speed profiles instead of just left click, but it's not a big deal to me. Absolutely worth the purchase.

I've owned an older, wired G502 mouse for quite awhile, and I've always had a good experience with it. My aging G700s was finally starting to show its age and the wireless G502 looked to be a somewhat comparable replacement. The battery typically lasts about 8-12 hours of constant use before needing a recharge. The software is easy to use. The mouse is ergonomic for most sized hands.

One of the best mice out there. It’s wireless so you can move it around freely and one less cable on your desk. The battery also lasts pretty long. I don’t feel any delay compared to a wired mouse.

Fire!! Already had a wired version. The upgrade to wireless was needed, and worth it. Light, smooth, and long battery charge. Still think full price is a little two high, but good thing I got it when it was $35 off.

    More comfortable than G903

This is a better build than the similar G903. More solid plastic and feels more sturdy. Scroll wheel is better. It interacts with G Hub better than the 903 but that program is poorly designed and erratic. It should be automatic for changing button settings for different programs but that’s not the way G Hub consistently works. I can recommend this mouse with reservations.

Feels like any other 502, and is just newer and cleaner. The keybinds are switched from the G502 Hero, so you'll have to go through game by game and reset your binds. The software is a little less forgiving or maybe I'm just used to the keybinds I did have, can't 100% change them in the app. You'll know what I mean if you run into it, otherwise flawless.
