Many users appreciate its overall performance, comfortable feel, and customizable buttons. While some find the price to be a drawback and the software interface confusing, the mouse is generally praised for its responsiveness and features like the infinite scroll wheel. The adjustable DPI and RGB lighting are also well-received.

I have gotten two of these mouses already and both have problems with double clicking on the left click. The software sometimes cannot detect the mouse. I highly recommend saving your profiles on the onboard memory. The mouse is large, it you have small hand you will find yourself readjusting your hand to reach the sniper button.

FINALLYYYY LOGITECH!!! I've been using the G502 since it's release in early 2016 and of course once I heard they made a wireless version, I had to jump on it immediately. Having the freedom without the wire is so liberating. The sensor upgrade from the HERO just makes it even better. It did take a little getting used to at first after having used wired gaming mice for years and years. I play games like CSGO, PUBG, R6: Siege, so having the extra buttons was crucial for me. That's what originally drew me to the G502 mouse. The G502 Lightspeed gets approximately 60 hours of gaming use and charges very quickly, so I haven't had to worry about battery life at all. There's really nothing bad about this mouse that I can think of other than the price, but for me it's 100% worth it.

Best Mouse I have ever owned. With an optional upgrade of a mouse pad it becomes able to be wirelessly charged on the mouse pad. I have never had to stop and recharge.

This is an amazing mouse! It's small enough to fit comfortably in my hand, but not so small that it's awkward. The extra buttons allow customized functionality, and the available (separately) charging pad means I never have to worry about plugging it in. It's got some RGB without going overboard, and I really like the adjustable weights (though I have it full loaded) since I don't want a mouse that feels super "cheap". Overall, whether gaming, working on documents, creating diagrams, or whatever, this mouse is my new favorite and I doubt I'll ever even consider something else.

The G502 is becoming a legendary gaming mouse in nearly any review you can find on it. I had a wired 502 for a long time and wanted to make the jump to wireless. It was a no-brainer to go with this mouse. The scroll wheel switching between free-spinning and ratcheting is such a useful feature. Clicking the switch and then flicking the wheel to quickly get to where you want in a document or page is so satisfying. There's plenty of programmable buttons to set up for anything you want it to do. I only wish it had the option to be bluetooth for the times you don't want to take up a USB A port on laptops with limited ports.

I used the wired version of this mouse for years of pc gaming. Once it died, I decided to upgrade to its wireless cousin, and it’s incredible. Everything I loved about the original without the hassle of a wire. The grip is comfortable, it holds a charge for over a week typically, and has customizable buttons that I couldn’t live without now. 10/10 product, would buy again.

Great mouse 0 delays, high skill player ranging from GM Dps in OW, LEM in CS, and so on. I can recommend this mouse don't let people tell you wire is better. Wireless has come a long way.

Very comfortable and customizable. Programmable lighting option is nice. Nothing I will use but is available. Very responsive. Great battery life. Too pricy!!! Yes it can do a lot but 150 bones for a mouse?! Is it worth it? Opinions will vary. I chose this model because of how it fit my larger than average hands.

I bought this mouse along with the PowerPlay charging pad for use with 2 macbook laptops. Overall, when things are working, the mouse is amazing. Very smooth motions at high dpi, no wireless lag. BUT the mouse software is super glitchy, which is very disappointing. The G HUB software loads differently on different occasions (sometimes there are no config options), and often the mouse reverts back to the lowest dpi setting so the pointer is hardly movable. I have to wave the mouse around frantically in order to get the settings to kick back in, and sometimes have to sleep my laptop and turn it back on. Also, certain buttons on the mouse can't be mapped to certain functions (mainly the accessory buttons on the left side). Generously giving 3 stars, but I would not buy this mouse given another chance to decide.

Fantastic Mouse - Preferred Over the G502X

I bought this mouse since it was on sale. I had the G502X and really liked it so I thought this would be a great mouse. I actually prefer it over my G502X because of the weights you can add to it. Gives me a great feel while on the computer. I bought a second one for my work computer. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a mouse with some weight behind it.

I went from a G5 to the wireless Razer Viper Ultimate. The Razer was much smaller and too difficult for me to make the change. Ended up with this G502 lightspeed and it’s pretty much the same size and feel as a G5. I say pretty much not identical but overall and easy transition. The sniper button Works as advertised but still weird to use for me. No lag issues. I will say the center scroll wheel shakes and feels flimsy. People say it’s due to the fact you can move it as a left and right button as well but my G5 has the same feature and has no rattle. Just youtube g502 mouse wheel if you have questions on it. For me this wasn’t a deal breaker. For some it might be.
