This is the best gaming mouse I've ever mouse. The sensor is as amazing as they say it is. It is the new optical sensor that Logitech will start using on their mouse products. The only problem I had with this mouse was its weight. The mouse is heavy even without the included weights. However, after a few weeks of using it, the weight does not really bother me any more. As long as you can handle the weight and, if not, give it a chance until your wrist gets used to it, this is the best gaming mouse you can own right now.

may be my last gaming mouse i owned, but the popularity and reviews are true. this is a one of a kind gaming mouse. It is popular among all other gamer and just looks sleek and cool. I don't mind the G logo, and Logitech do make some good mouse, but this mouse is the best so far. Feels great in my hands, for others it may varies, the thumb rest is nice, the added weights are convenient. I like the way it was design, it has a mean look to it. the scroll button is awesome as it has that infinity roll too when you want to scroll down to the bottom of the page quick. Overall great gaming mouse, I would recommend to those looking for new mouse or those who just started.

Really satisfied with this mouse, it is on the heavier side, but very customizable with the removable weights included! RGB is cool, I just keep a solid white to match the PC, all in all a great product!

Great feel in your hand. It is for right handed folks only. 'Middle-sized': claw grip only for folks with larger hands; palm rest mouse use for average sized hands. Feet glides great on fabric and table surfaces. Left and right clicks are solid and quick. Weight adjustments are adequate, but I'm not good enough to really care. I enjoyed the heavy duty braid of the mouse cord. Only 2 complaints: the rubberized thumb rest is texturizing and feels like it will wear and get dirty very quickly. The door holding the weights feels kinda cheap and may pop off in a backpack (hasn't yet).

Purchased this gaming mouse for my son and he likes it. He mentioned that the extra buttons are in the right place and it is weighted pretty good. I am thinking of purchasing one for myself over Christmas.

This is a great mouse, but beware if you want to use it on Mac OS X. As of this writing (March 2016) this mouse does not support button mapping in the Logitech Gaming Software in Mac OS X. All you get are the default buttons/profiles. If you want full functionality, you need the older version of this mouse. The only difference is this newer one has customizable LED lighting for the "G" on the mouse. I saw on the Logitech forums that Mac support should come eventually, but I don't have a need for the customizable LED light, so I returned this one and purchased the older one.

This mouse is the best mouse I've purchased so far and I can use it to do tasks for school and all my PC games and online gaming. It has a lot of features without having multiple steps in order to complete a task. Plus it lights up when it's being used which is cool.

I purchased this Logitech mouse for my son so he could use it to play Minecraft and he is loving it. He really likes the scroll button and how responsive it is and says it is very comfortable.

Love the different lights and the weight of the mouse. Works great in coordination of colors with my Logitech keyboard G910. Haven't made my way through all the configurations but sure they will come in handy!

This is a great mouse for gaming with adjustable weight!

I bought this after the buttons on my G700 started to double click all the time. The response, and button placement is great. It took quite some time to get use to the new feel as it was not the same shape as my G700. I wish Best Buy would have had a display out to let me try the feel before purchase. After a couple weeks of use I have gotten used to the new feeling.

I purchased this mouse to replace an aging Logitech. It's sensitivity settings are quickly changeable, has a hefty weight that's physically programmable, and offers software to optimize it for certain games!

It is a great mouse, especially if you are a gamer. Adjustable resolustion and a toggle to swap between custom presets. It has more than enough buttons unless you are an mmo enthusiast. I actually have Logitech's mmo mouse with a ton of buttons but I like this one better for general usage and all other games. The weights are a great addition as I like a heavier mouse. The cord is braided so that is a plus but it is really long which is a double edged sword for me as I use it almost exclusively with my laptop and the cord can get in the way. Although on a desktop it is a positive as I can run it behind my desk and a few feet away to my rig. Overall, the best mouse I ever used and highly recommend it.

This mouse is something special. Having the ability to program all my buttons is a dream come true. The scroll wheel is possibly the best I have felt on any mouse ever and the free scroll is very useful. After getting used to the claw style grip, this mouse has suited me very well and I think I prefer the claw style grip now.

Liked the programmable buttons and weighted features.

This is the greatest mouse I have ever owned. It's extremely accurate, the thumb rest is perfect and the customizable weight actually does make a surprising difference (at least to gamers). It also has a button to lock or unlock the mouse wheel, which is fantastic for when you have a long page that you need to get to the bottom of. The cord is strong and of high quality, as well. All in all, from the button-quality to its actual functionality, this is an absolutely incredible mouse that I highly recommend. The only con with this mouse is that it has 2 buttons on the side of the Left-Click button that turns the sensitivity of the mouse up and down and they are very easy to press accidentally, but it's a very minor annoyance that you will adapt to.
