I bought this mouse to replace another Logitech mouse (G402 Hyperion Fury) which I gave to a friend. I bought it during the sale and so far, I'm loving it a lot more than my previous mouse. It feels nice ergonomically (medium sized hands) and it performs well. The Logitech software offers a lot of customization ranging for programming the buttons to changing the lighting configurations. You can customize the color of the DPI indicator and the logo separately as well as choose from a variety of lighting effects. The scroll wheel is a bit more rigid than the mouse I had before, but the ability to release the lock and "free scroll" is a nice feature that helps when going through long pages/documents or long lines of code. The mouse has a braided wire and comes with additional weights to make the mouse heavier. I primarily use this mouse to play Overwatch and, while it took some time getting used to the new feel, it generally feels like an improvement to the mouse I had before. Along with that, it comes with a three year warranty from Logitech.

I used to use a simple wireless mouse and keyboard until I finally decided to upgrade, and this mouse has all of the perfect features.

The mouse is very nice and not too heavy (I removed all the weights). The DPI customization is very easy and you could have up to 3 profiles saved. The sniper button located on the left side of the mouse is a really neat feature if you ever need to slow your DPI down. RGB lighting is nice too but only the logo and DPI indicator lights up.

Good quality mouse for gaming or general use. Sturdy build quality, adjustable weights are nice, can calibrate sensor for different surfaces.

I love this mouse. I previously had naga razor and it felt too light and flimsy and small. The weight tray in this mouse is awesome and easy to use. It also has the right amount of buttons for my gaming needs. Also with the logitech software its easy config and not as intrusive as razors

I have used other mice before and this one seems to fit my hand better and gives me much better control over what I am doing in the game.

Has a variety of options associated with it, the lights aren't too intrusive and the buttons have a great feel. The weights allow for customization of the center of mass which is pretty nifty when you want to get just the right feeling for playing something. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good mouse.

Great mouse. Using for gaming and productivity and couldn't be happier. The G-shift button is great for so many reasons.

Works as expected. Like that you can change the weights on the bottom to get the right feel. If I could change anything I would get rid of the LED light and move the button by my thumb as I accidentally push it all the time, although I don't have it assigned but might be more handy for people playing games.

I love the remappable buttons, dpi adjustments and toggle.

I used to think any mouse would do for playing games, but the customizable options allow me to change settings for each game i play.

Was still using my G9 Laser mouse from 08' and wanted to make an upgrade and this mouse was the best bang for my buck.

This is a great gaming mouse that I use for gaming on my desktop. It is excellent and through an application you can easily calibrate it.

My previous mouse was a logitech g9 which I used and loved for years. I bought both the 502 and 602 as potential replacements for it, mainly due to wanting a more comfortable mouse (and because new stuff!). I love both of the new mice but this one in particular is my favorite. I don't see myself replacing this one for another few years. Highly recommended.

had a G500 that i liked a lot but it finally went out-wasn't sure if this was a good replacement but it is. Good mouse

This mouse really feels great to me. The ergonomics are awesome, but the biggest problem this mouse has is that it is just too heavy. This can lead to wrist fatigue and also kind of prevents a lot of quick movements. The other negative is that the mouse is wheel is a chunk of metal, and while it feels premium, could be much better. I love the amount of buttons, the shape of the mouse, the look of the mouse, and the price is great especially when on sale. It has the best sensor on the market, too. Otherwise, I would say get the g402 which is much lighter but also has a worse sensor.
