Between work and play I was developing severe wrist and finger pain from constantly clicking with a mouse. After trying out a few in the store I felt this one was more comfortable and so bought it. It was a great decision and my hand pain almost completely disappeared and has never been a major problem ever since. It fits so naturally with my hand and has lots of great positioning of extra buttons for gaming. It has also held up very well after being dropped on a hardwood floor over a dozen times over the past couple of years.

I had a Razer Mamba for ~2 years but the cable was starting to fray and the tracking was becoming unreliable. I started looking at some of the newer mice, and I was looking for a mouse that wasn't too over the top. For me, the Corsair M65 came close, but that obnoxious sniper button on the side killed it for me. Then I came across the Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum. Having owned an MX series mouse in the past, I'm a big fan of the toggle style mouse wheel (toggle on/off to freely spin). I also really like mice that have a thumbrest along the side so you don't drag your hand across your desk/mousepad all day, especially for those of us who work on a computer all day. Finally, the adjustable weight system is great. By default, the G502 is a bit too light for my liking so I just arranged 3 of the 5 ~3.5 gram weights evenly in the bottom; the results were perfect. For anyone who likes RGB, I'm sure you'll like this mouse, but personally I didn't buy it for the RGB and could really care less what color the G logo is when my hand is covering it. Still, I suppose it adds a subtle good look to the mouse without going overboard. Overall, a great mouse that I expect will last me at least a few years!

I bought this after seeing some good reviews online so far it's been really good. The weights allow for the exact balance you want and the on the fly dpi adjustment is great if you have a 4k display or for quick adjustments while gaming.

Decant gaming mouse. I bought it when it was on discount and i paid $45 for it and i think it is worth it. 4 stars because it is hard to use the back key on it. The dpi shift is great and with forward. But when it comes to the back key, I find it hard to use for performing any action in the game. I wish there was another key near the dip shift cuz i want 3 keys near my tip of the thumb.

This is the best mouse I have used for FPS games. I tried the M65 from Corsair but I did not like the mouse acceleration that was present in the mouse. This mouse is not only ultra smooth the weights allow for a heavy mouse that I love.

Had this mouse about a month now and I'm finally getting used to it. Having used a G5/G500/G500s for many years I miss the shape. This mouse is radically different, way smaller. The G9 button is a little awkward, right next to left click. You'll constantly hit it until you get used to it. It kind of feels like a razer, which is to say, a little cheap. I'm not sorry I bought it but I'd trade it for a G500s in a second.

I had a cheap, wireless mouse for a while and after tern I switched to this, there’s no going back. The weight and the way that it just fits in your hands is just incredible. The weights make it feel much more balanced and it glides with ease on my wooden desk. The application from LG to changes the setting of the mouse is very user friendly and almost has too many options to chose from. 20/10 would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I like this mouse due to the way it fits in my hand and the way i can adjust the weight of it. it does a great job in World of Warcraft and does well outside of the game too.

I bought this mouse for my fiancé who had been eyeballing it for a month or so. He really likes it. He says the buttons on the mouse are great, and the feel of the mouse is much better than his old mouse.

Okay i do love the feel of my new mouse! and even tho most of the features that come with the mouse are software features provided by Logitech, it really does a great job at what its used for, gaming. I like the side keys for quick macros but i would like it to automatically switch profiles from when i game and just use the pc, its really a pain sometimes but i think its more of a user problem than the actual mouse.

Bought this gaming mouse to replace the stock mouse that came with my computer. It's amazing. It has plenty of buttons to customize, a wheel that can change speeds, a button that changes the mouse speed. Super great purchase.

Logitech makes some awesome products and this mouse is one of them! I play all sorts of games, Borderlands, Assassins creed, Tomb Raider, Bioshock, Eve Online and even Bejeweled and this mouse works great for everything as I said. One thing I have to let you know is that until you use a mouse with a free scrolling wheel you will never understand how awesome it is! this one is much easier to switch from free scrolling to normal "clicky" scrolling than previous versions of logitech mice I have used. For the most part you will use the free scrolling for web browsing, documents and online games where the wheel is used for zooming out and in. It's such a great feature that free scrolling was my only must have feature when deciding on getting a new mouse. Get the mouse, you wont regret it.

I use this mouse everyday whether to play games or not. It's very comfortable. The customizable buttons allow for total control over which ever game you choose to play.

I absolutely love this mouse. It's long braided cable makes it easy to reach from my desk to my computer. The weights in the bottom are a marvelous touch. The mouse itself has great onboard memory for games and the software itself is easy to use. The buttons click easily and the dual speed scroll button is a great feature. Overall it is the best mouse I have ever owned but it is (in my opinion) more geared towards gaming.

The G502 is hands-down the best mouse I ever owned. Extremely responsive and precise. Would love a lefty mouse model of this; but overall if your a righty (and especially a PC gamer), get this mouse!

The design of this mouse is best for gaming, the additional button is so helping when u need extra button for the gaming. Not to mention the weight is flexible controllable based on ur own prefers.

Has a good feel and being able to balance the weight is awesome. The interface software makes configuration simple.

Very sensitive and responsive mouse. Can take MOBA clicking punishment but is perfect for competitive CS:GO. Very sharp reaction, takes some getting used too- especially if you're currently using ANY wireless mouse.
