Posted .Truly sorry to hear about your troublesome experience with the product. We will take this as feedback and pass it on to the right team. However, be informed that It is recommended that the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar and move the device closer to the USB receiver. Also, keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.

Great customization through GHub to augment features more. Not required to use though. Battery life is great. Turn it off at night and the battery will last a month. Chargers to full in 1 hour.

The Gaming Version of the MX Mouse
