      Truly sorry to hear about your troublesome experience with the product. We will take this as feedback and pass it on to the right team. However, be informed that It is recommended that the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar and move the device closer to the USB receiver. Also, keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.

    Phenomenal lightweight mouse with a gorgeous design! The only wish I had is that it had the ability to switch between the usb and Bluetooth which comes in handy if you have multiple devices.

    Not sure whats going on but sometimes when i scroll it jumps back, and when i move the mouse it’ll also scroll randomly??
