Great evolution of the legendary G502. I love the lighter feel and removal of the weights. Some might be disappointed that the metallic scroll wheel is replaced with a now plastic one, but I honestly thought that was the least attractive feature of the mouse, it felt too chunky for me. RGB is super vibrant this time around thanks to the design, but does significantly lower battery life while on, full charge lasts me about a week of game time (3-4hrs a day). Fantastic mouse!

You can immediately tell this mouse is well-built. Materials, clicks, scroll wheel, and overall finish feel premium and durable. Unfortunately, ergonomics ruined the experience for me. The shape feels overly aggressive and angular. The thumb buttons are placed too far forward and at an awkward angle, which forces the thumb into constant tension. After about 1–2 hours of use, I experienced noticeable hand fatigue and discomfort. This mouse looks great on a desk and feels solid in hand, but the design seems more focused on aesthetics and features than natural hand anatomy. The high profile and weight distribution didn’t allow my hand to relax during longer gaming sessions. If this shape fits your hand perfectly, you’ll probably love it. But if ergonomics and comfort during long sessions matter to you, I strongly recommend trying it in person or considering a more neutral, ergonomic design. Great quality product — just not a good ergonomic match for me.

The mouse is really light compared to the original G502 which is what I've upgraded from. I originally wanted the G502X but I decided to give the wireless version a try after avoiding wireless for so long. I can tell you they have gone a long way as I don't notice a difference compared to the wired G502. The battery lasts about a week before the recharge light turns red, I haven't pushed it to it's limit but I tend to forget to unplug the charge cable because I'm so used to wired mouses. The hybrid switches are a bit loud and heavier click compared to the usual Omron switches but it's not bad, reliability and longevity will be questionable as they are quite new. As the title suggests the price is a bit steep but I think you won't find a better wireless gaming mouse.

Had for a while now, absolutely love it, long battery life, adjustable DPI and it feels so good in the hand while playing. The software to customize the lighting and key binding is easy to use. Would recommend anyone whose looking for a gaming mouse and is confused with all the choices out there, this is the best start.

Best mouse I’ve ever owned. I immediately put superglides V2 on this mouse as soon as I got it. The GHub to configure the mouse is awesome as well. The only part of the mouse that I don’t like is it’s not as easy to see which on board profile you’re using. The older G502 Hero had 3 lights that were specifically there to show which onboard profile you were on. This mouse does indicate which profile by the LEDs on the light changing to the color you specified it to glow. But if you didn’t want any LEDs on you would be absolutely clueless to what onboard profile you are on and it’s not exactly hard to hit the button to change profiles

Excellent mouse. Decided to switch brands from SteelSeries . This was because they couldnt stand by their products when it came to poor quality control. Spent a bit more money and the difference is noticeable. The quality is much higher here. Feels good. Works good. Is good.

I've only had about a week or so. [Will update review with any changes] If you like RGB this would be a mouse to consider. As far as features goes: it has 6 buttons to customize (through the Ghub) it has the togglable free scroll or normal scrolling. Mouse sensitivity is good. Only issue is the software required for your custom settings. If it isnt on it will default to rainbow waves that are very bright. 7/10 If you plan on using it as a normal mouse (no RGB, Gaming,etc.) this mouse isnt for you. I would Recommend the Logitech MX Master 3S (as of January 19th, 2024)

I have been using Logitech mice for decades. G703 and G602 were some of my go to mice for games and office productivity. The G502X is current being used for my office productivity. I love the weight and extra buttons. The battery lasts a very long time. I rarely charge the mouse. However, that is with the LED lighting turned off. The battery performance is abysmal with the LED lights on.

Just upgraded from wireless G502 to this and did logitech deliver on this mouse. Right off the bat you can tell just how much lighter it is from the previous model, which is much appreciated. The additional buttons feel and sound better. The shift button where your thumb is has been upgraded in that it’s now removable and reversible. The defused RGB on the mouse is very nice and easy to customize in the Logitech software. I have had zero negatives after using it for a week now and highly recommend it.

Great battery life, and works great, changing DPI is a bit confusing but overall great.

I love this mouse. In fact I have 2 of them... One for my office and one to for traveling. The battery life is great, excellent response time and connects very easily to the computer. It also has great software to connect all your Logitech gear

Very responsive for a wireless it surprised me seems well built

Replaced this mouse with my older G700. This fits my average sized hands better. The buttons are easy to re-map with the Logitech app. The RGB lighting is a plus.

I've been searching for an MMO mouse that felt comfortable to me. I've used multiple other mice that had the 'keypad' on the thumb side but they were just so big and heavy that I could not use for extended periods of time. This was a nice compromise since it's way lighter and just enough buttons to have some keybinds moved over. Initially, the index finger buttons were a little weird, but after a day of using it, it was fine. Things I would hope for next version - 3-5 buttons in the thumb area. Split the first index button into 2. Games - FF14 and a little bit of WOW.

Great wireless mouse for those who need a few extra buttons. The 2 side buttons and the 2 left edge buttons are great for rpgs with 4 to 6 skills to use. The buttons are also very precise and have a great click feel to it. I didn't like the lighting and cut it off for the extra 100 hours of battery life. The price is over the value but most mice like this are.

Outstanding gaming mouse. The HERO 25K sensor is extremely precise, and the wireless performance is flawless—no lag, no dropouts.
