The infintie scroll wheel will never get old. On top of that its so much lighter than the old g502 and the new texture feels even better

I love this mouse. The battery life is amazing. However, the software to manipulate the LEDs is terrible. That's probably the worse part about this mouse. It is very comfortable. Sometimes, I find myself on the left side button which is somewhat annoying since it modifies the DPS. This mouse should be no more than $120.

Just upgraded to an all white setup and this mouse is a stylish and functional addition. I use it daily for productivity and occasionally for gaming. Using with a powerplay mat and it works great.

This mouse is very good. Holds charge well. It’s light weight and has a lot of modern features. It’s smooth across my mouse pad and works great in all the games I play.

So my old 503 hero is double clicking and i was very interested in the new more expensive refresh. It went very well, caught it on sale and so far very reliable. The wireless connectivity is strong and highly responsive have not experienced any jitters or disconnect

Phenomenal mouse. All buttons are in good locations. Very accurate movement. Battery life is great. Software is also pretty good. I've used many different mice and this one is by far my favorite.

This mouse is easy to set up and use. Lighter than the old wired version. My boys say it works great, and they love the look and the “decluttering” that comes from no cables.

I like the looks of this mouse and the fact that I can easily setup profiles with different button assignments for different games that I have. I will say though that, for some reason, one of my games profiles didn't automatically switch once but I think it was because of how the game loaded that one time. I've had it about a month and only needed to charge it once and according to the G-Hub app, it was over 90% charged in just about 10 minutes or so. The lights are very customizable if that's important to anyone. Overall I'm pleased with it but the scroll wheel is very clicky clunky and even loud but you have the option to free spin it but that makes scrolling very inaccurate. It has plenty of buttons but they're not always going to be exactly where each persons hand fits best. The DPI switching is fine but if you use G-Hub you can really customize the dpi settings a lot to make the most of the precision for each thing you do.

Was always a fan on the g502 series, and at first I wasn’t yo keen on the new design, but now it looks great and simplistic, feels great on the hand and last a long time

although the price is high, I have no complaints. I don't use all the features of this mouse but it works great for what I do use. They got rid of the weights on the Hero 502 and I actually don't see a difference on the wireless version. The mouse fits well in your hand and the grip traction is nice and comfortable. Only Con is the price, it does come with an extra button for the left side. I assume they give you the extra because it's a commonly used (wore-out) button. It also comes with the cable for charging but no block, just for USB connection to Computer.

G Hub software is constantly, I mean constantly, wanting you to update. If not that, there is a new version of G Hub available they want you to install. Constant, daily, never-ending, update, update, update...it's just a mouse, for the love of all that is decent in this world...but the mouse itself is alright...

Fits the hand good, fast wireless connection. Continues the great 502 legacy

The feel of this mouse is incredible. I love the extra buttons on the side as well as the configurable buttons too. the scroll wheel feels good, but I prefer the one on my Logitech MX master 3s as it feels better and higher quality.

Unlike the other G502 gaming mice, this one doesn't come with weights and is lighter than its predecessors. Battery life is great and I highly recommend it for gaming and larger hands.

I had its predecessor and this one is definitely improved. Finally they got rid of the dated Micro USB port. The rgb is more slick. The software is the reason for the knocked off star. It's convoluted, and the windows notifications EVERY TIME you change the dpi is OBNOXIOUS
