I like the looks of this mouse and the fact that I can easily setup profiles with different button assignments for different games that I have. I will say though that, for some reason, one of my games profiles didn't automatically switch once but I think it was because of how the game loaded that one time. I've had it about a month and only needed to charge it once and according to the G-Hub app, it was over 90% charged in just about 10 minutes or so. The lights are very customizable if that's important to anyone. Overall I'm pleased with it but the scroll wheel is very clicky clunky and even loud but you have the option to free spin it but that makes scrolling very inaccurate. It has plenty of buttons but they're not always going to be exactly where each persons hand fits best. The DPI switching is fine but if you use G-Hub you can really customize the dpi settings a lot to make the most of the precision for each thing you do.

Had it in black. Went to an all white build so I bought it in white.

Amazing mouse that is a little pricey but definitely worth it. Had all different versions of the G502 in the past and the slight changes that they made to this model are really nice.

Solid mouse. Weighty but good ergonomics. No bluetooth is rough, but is an understandable tradeoff with the dongle for seamless wireless connection.

although the price is high, I have no complaints. I don't use all the features of this mouse but it works great for what I do use. They got rid of the weights on the Hero 502 and I actually don't see a difference on the wireless version. The mouse fits well in your hand and the grip traction is nice and comfortable. Only Con is the price, it does come with an extra button for the left side. I assume they give you the extra because it's a commonly used (wore-out) button. It also comes with the cable for charging but no block, just for USB connection to Computer.

I love the ergonomics of the mouse and the quality is nice. The available macro keys available are a plus too!

it great for being my first wireless mouse.my old one was a 520hero wired adn i liked it when its heave and you can also take off the wieghts and this one doesnt have that option .its lightwieght and comfortable, ill see how much the battery last.

Very comfortable and premium feeling. Plenty of buttons too, scroll wheel has an option to free spin or scroll normally too.

A nice mouse with ergonomic grip. A little lighter than I would like but works fast. A little pricier than I would like it to be.

I put off upgrading my mouse for a while, so glad I decided to get this one. Who would have thought that a mouse designed for competitive shooters would actually make a difference.

For me it was lightweight and very easy to install and get up and running

Overall solid mouse. Lightweight, wireless, has lighting, moves/glides well. My only criticisms are it's USB dongle rather than USB-C, the battery dies rather quickly (forces you to turn mouse off/on when not using), and there's potential for leaf ping. I tried returning unit but Best Buy said you're past by 2 days, good luck have fun.
