Amazing mouse i use it everyday and have been for months ALmost feels a little cheap tho

A solid successor to the G502 HERO of old. Everything functions exactly how one would expect. Button locations for programables are massively improved from the previous model. The lighting is cool enough, though it is in no place that can be seen while you are using the mouse. My biggest complaint is the lack of Bluetooth support. I understand that the Logi dongle has significantly improved response time... but I wish I had the option of Bluetooth as keeping track of the tiny dongle is nerve-wracking.

Not gonna lie, not the mouse I wanted at first, I used a Logitech lightspeed and it died/broke in a month, I have already used this mouse for a month and it really is one of the best mice I've ever had. Definitely worth the money and extra for a protection plan since Logitech tends to go bad pretty quickly!

Really solid and comfortable mouse. Bought it for my wife and it fits her hand well. Shes got a lighter themed setup and this fits in really well. She’s a cozy gamer so weight is not something she’s concerned with.

I pre-ordered this mouse when it was first listed on Best Buy. After using it all this time I have to say its probably one of my most favorite mice. The G hub software for the mouse can be hit or miss for some, but for me everything works as needed.

The G502 is a great mouse but way too expensive to justify purchasing it. I personally would rather buy the wired version of the mouse than pay triple or even double for the wireless version. The mouse is exactly the same as the very first G502 non hero variant, I personally like my mouse to be heavy and this one is very light, too light and its hard for me to have precise movements since im used to using the very first G502 with all of the added weights inside and having the braided wire usb cable

Great mouse. Good weight and feel. Very nice button response. This mouse has great battery life while running a brilliant LED system. I haven't noticed any input lag. My only gripe would've been to have a contoured right click button.

I got this mouse a few days ago and I already really like it. I’d used the g502 in the past and I liked the features and build of the mouse. My only down side is the price. I got the mouse on sale but I wouldn’t pay full retail price for it. If it’s ever on a good sale I’d definitely recommend picking I up!

First gaming wireless mouse I purchased! Simple plug and play!

Great mouse for gaming and easy to set up. The battery last pretty long too.

I do really like the mouse, but for the price I fell like it should at least be gold plated... It is everything they say it is, but its almost too much. Most games don't support most of the buttons that this thing has to offer. With that being said I am a Totaltech member so I have ample time to return things after purchase and have no intensions of returning it. It is a double duty mouse for me in the office so I use it for work and play, and I like it for both.

Battery life seems a little lacking compared to my last Logitech mouse. Clicks are too aggressive like they were trying to mimic mechanical keyboards. DPI Button is easily pressed at the worst time. Regardless, it's a good mouse. I think I would probably opt for a bluetooth over the lightspeed dongle taking up another USB port, but what can you do.

Logitech makes great PC hardware, the mouse is highly modular and customizable. Best Buy team was easy to work with and I was able to get this product same day in store for less than online retailers like Amazon.

I had the original 502 lightspeed for probably close to 2 years and decided to upgrade to this once it came out. Best decision. It is a solid product feels better and almost seems like it has better response than the previous version. Love this mouse and paired with the wireless charging mat it's perfect

I replaced the first gen 502 lightspeed with this mouse. I had to unpair the original mouse then pair this mouse with the power play pad and that went well. This mouse is a bit lighter and the new glide pads are better than first gen. I was biased going in, because I liked the one I had, but I do think this is a great mouse.
