Great mouse, love the features. Purchased this because I have big hands and this mouse was recommended. To Logitech, could you make an even bigger one to fill a bigger hand. Overall, great mouse though!

i’ve had this for a few months now and after upgrading from the G502 Hero to the Lightspeed and now to the G502 Plus the difference is noticeable, The mouse is slightly bigger then the previous models, this fits my hand much better as a claw grip player. The clicks sound and feel much better, the option to remove side thumb button is a nice feature. When having the button on its bigger then the other models for those who have smaller hands. this mouse also has an upgrade to the side grip from the old, this feels much nicer and doesn’t trap nearly as much dirt inside. overall great mouse

Mouse is lightweight, has a bunch of differnet presets you can customize from G Hub.

So far this mouse has exceeded my expectations. I have used gaming mouses for years and I thought this would be like all of the others. You can do alot eith this mouse as you can others but paired with the charging logitech mouse pad...it is far better. The ability to change the sensitivity of the movement was a new feature for me and I like having that ability.

it great for being my first wireless mouse.my old one was a 520hero wired adn i liked it when its heave and you can also take off the wieghts and this one doesnt have that option .its lightwieght and comfortable, ill see how much the battery last.

Big fan of the G502 series of mice, however stopped buying Logitech in favor of Razer because of the inevitable double clicking that ever Logitech gaming mouse I’ve had starts to experience. I’m happy to report their new optical switch has held up for the first 3 months without even the smallest bit of fuss, I can safely recommend this mouse to friends now and not feel bad when in 3-6 months the keys double click and cause oddities like cause a character to stop ADS in shooters, or dropping a file too soon because it registered you letting go of the mouse button.

I loved it very much very good quality It also makes it easy for me to program it for my video game, it makes it a lot easier for me when I play and I love it when I play at night

Smooth as butter with a great battery life hands down my favorite mouse I have used

I like the looks of this mouse and the fact that I can easily setup profiles with different button assignments for different games that I have. I will say though that, for some reason, one of my games profiles didn't automatically switch once but I think it was because of how the game loaded that one time. I've had it about a month and only needed to charge it once and according to the G-Hub app, it was over 90% charged in just about 10 minutes or so. The lights are very customizable if that's important to anyone. Overall I'm pleased with it but the scroll wheel is very clicky clunky and even loud but you have the option to free spin it but that makes scrolling very inaccurate. It has plenty of buttons but they're not always going to be exactly where each persons hand fits best. The DPI switching is fine but if you use G-Hub you can really customize the dpi settings a lot to make the most of the precision for each thing you do.

Very ergonomic especially for someone with bigger hands. Wanted to replace my wired mouse and suffered no drop, even an improvement in latency

A better G502, if you have the old G502 get the G502X. You won't regret it.

GHub almost ruined this mouse for me, but then I found a reddit thread on how to create custom profiles for onboard memory mode. Logitech might be trying to enforce the use of GHub by having the mouse default to preset and useless onboard profiles that have the RGB set to full blast to minimize battery life, but with some work you can bypass this and use your own profiles. I installed GHub, changed the onboard memory profile, and uninstalled GHub, then it's a good mouse.

An excellent mouse for gaming. The buttons are very easy to use. The features on this mouse have improved my gaming experience dramatically.
