(I got this for sale at $49.99, which is an absolute steal) The typing experience is amazing. This is not for everyone, but more the Logitech Blue switches feel and sound great. The chassis of the board is this lovely brushed aluminum and allows for a robust, industrial feeling and does not bend. The USB passthrough is useful for a wireless mouse or other device. The RGB is wonderful and easily customizable. I wouldn't say this board is entirely worth the full price tag, but if you find this keyboard onsale for under $100, this is the mechanical keyboard to get, if you do not mind or even prefer the blue switches.

This is a really solid keyboard! The aluminum makes it surprisingly light but rigid, so it doesn’t flex under even my heavy keystrokes. Its silicone feet keep it firmly in place on my desktop, too. Overall, I’m totally happy with this keyboard. Note: When it says it’s a “clicky” keyboard, it’s very clicky. I appreciate it because I can hear it through headphones over my music while I work, and over sound while gaming, but it annoys some people. Anotha one: If you want to control the RGB, you need to download Logitech’s Ghub driver. Sure, it’s free, but it’s just another thing to manage.

Bought this keyboard for a third of the original cost. I think for the price I paid, it's definitely worth every penny. But if I were to pay the original price, I would have been pretty disappointed. I love typing on it because it's just obnoxiously clicky. I love that you can configure the rgb lighting to whatever color matches your set up, and whatever effects you want out of it when you're typing. There's pretty much endless amounts of customization for this product. I'm also a big fan of how simplistic it looks outside of the rgb setting. Feels well built and durable with little to no flex. Highly recommend if it's still on sale.

Obtained this item via the Black Friday special of $50. Even if I have to pay full price, I'd still buy this keyboard. I love the clicky sound, very satisfying, but you open the full experience once you download the Logitech G Hub software. The RGB shines and I love the preset lighting options and even syncs with my Logitech G502 mouse. With the aluminum body, it feels sturdy and premium. An added bonus is the USB input which I can connect my controller and etc, to it.

This is a high quality keyboard with a little louder key clicking sound--it is normal considering the key style. Solid built with metal front panel and numerous settings for RGB color (with capability of customizing for each key ). You can set it up to teach kids how to type by assigning colors for different fingers/keys. It does draw significant amount of power though-that is why it comes with two USB connectors to the PC.

I am a college student with a lot of essays to write, but I have kind of large hands. So, I have a hard time using my laptop to type essays. I also game and Logitech is my go to brand for everything. This keyboard is a good size for a small desk, but is also really easy to type on in comparison to a lot of other keyboards meant for small spaces. As far as gaming, this keyboard is definitely great for people who hold on to traditional mechanics and refuse to use programmed key pads. This key board does give the option for a separate gaming profile if you're into that.

For what i paid for my son's razor keyboard that malfunctioned after 3 years , i decided to buy 2 of these keyboards. 1 for him and one for myself. i picked these up for 50 a piece and based on my sons " expertise" on keyboards , these have that mechanical keyswitch or tactile or what ever it is that is important to gamers these days, i like the cool backlighting options ... but its loud to type on but cool when on my computer in the dark

I did get this keyboard when it was on sale for Black Friday for about $50, and for that price I can definitely say it is worth the price. I have had no issues with it and use it daily for both school and for occasional gaming. The USB passthrough is a great feature, and I personally don't mind the G Hub software that allows you to create different profiles for different games.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It was purchased on Black Friday so it was really affordable. She wanted a keyboard that had RGB and made a bunch clicking noises. This keyboard fits all the needs of an aspiring 10 year old gamer. It’s very colorful and noisy. I can’t speak on the gaming aspects of it, but the keyboard is study and has a bunch of shortcut keys.

Great quallity keyboard. Makes typing much easier on my hands and easy to clean due to the keys being higher up. The keys light up pretty good and makes it easier to work on papers at night and game / browse the internet at night. Overall i love it, the mechanical keyboard is so much better than the membrain ones. Will stick with mechanical keyboards from now on.

Super new to "PC gaming" so take my word with a grain of salt. I love the feel, look and sound of this keyboard. The RGB and LIGHTSYNC is really cool using the Ghub. The quality is amazing with the dark brushed aluminum look. The keys are clicky but I like that so this was perfect for me. I got this one on sale for $50 so that was a great deal in my opinion.

Logitech consistently provide a level of quality that you simply don't get with "no name" brands. The led lighting is incredibly bright, the build quality (along with the software support that logitech provide) is extremely high quality. I have zero regrets purchasing this keyboard. It seems durable and I expect it to last several years.

This is a beautiful keyboard, best I have ever used. Having the key markers lit up is amazing. There is a choice of lighting schemes including a moving spectrum rainbow, which may make some users seasick. I keep the solid cyan scheme. The heavy weight helps keep the keyboard in place and the action and sound of the keys is optimal.

I’ve had this keyboard for almost a month now and it works great! The rgb lighting is cool and you can change which rgb you want by pressing function (fn) then f5 and you can change the brightness of the rgb with function plus f7. Overall this was a great keyboard and feels really nice and the switches on this keyboard are amazing. 10/10

Really enjoy the mechanical feel of this keyboard. It's a little loud but not so much that it'll make your ears bleed. It's a very satisfying sound imho. The RGB is nice and the Logitech software is very straightforward and easy to use. Would highly recommend this keyboard. A little on the expensive end for what you're getting but the quality is there.

Amazing keyboard, no doubt. Feels great for playing counter strike and typing up papers as well. Love the 'clicky' feels and sounds. Rgb looks great and with the downloadable logitech 'G' software, there are tons of options for rgb lighting configurations. Very happy with purchase. Highly recommended, would buy again.

Let me just say that I have gone through around 20 keyboards in the last 3 months in search for "The One". I' started out when I made the switch from console to PC gaming with one of Logitech's other Gaming boards that had all the macro profiles and extra gaming features etc... However I was not a fan of Logitech's Romer G switches. I've always liked the responsiveness of "clicky" mechanical type keyboards. Even before I ever used a PC for gaming. However I never really took the time to find one I was happy with until I switched to the PC for gaming purposes. I've tried Razer Keyboards and Keypads, Corsair's mechanical keyboards and the Ducky 2 Mini and a slew of other Logitech products the other keyboard that I tried and that came in as my 2nd favorite was a AZIO gaming series keyboard that my mother was throwing away after upgrading to 1 of Logitech's new wireless low profile mechanical Keyboards. I haven't done much research on that brand but I had never heard of them until then and was very comparable to this G512 SE. So for $49.99 I paid for this 512 SE Keyboard with the blue "clicky" switches is an absolute steal. From the feel of the key caps, to the roomy spacing in between keys, the quality build of the PCB casing and the bonus of the USB pass through, this keyboard met and exceeded my expectations when I bought this keyboard. For the first time since switching from console and controller gaming to m+kb/PC gaming I'm not looking to try another keyboard because I feel uncomfortable when getting into heated skirmishes with another squad on my battle royal games. I hope this review helped for those trying to decide whether or not to pull the trigger on this 66% off sale. This keyboard is currently listed at $49.99 on sale however if your reading this after the sale ends it is worth every penny of the suggested retail price of $149.99. Hope this helps!!!

This keyboard is FANTASTIC. It is a clicky keyboard but it’s not very loud. The RGB is also amazing. I just need to download the Logitech G Hub software to modify the RBG pattern and the key functions. Overall: fantastic sturdy build quality, great clicky sounds, and wonderful RGB settings.

this is a great mechanical keyboard. I use it for work on a daily basis and not for gaming. It is a bit loud but the clicking noise is satisfying to me and getting to aggravate my coworkers is even better with this keyboard. It is great to be able to customize the light up keyboard a well.
