    This worked well for a few months and then started having issues with the keys that are used the most for gaming. Don’t buy to use for online gaming

    Ok keyboard but wasn’t as nice as I was going for. Good for the starting gamer but just wasn’t my cup of tea.

    Logitech keyboard are great, but logitech ghub software that you need to control the lighting (unless you like flashing rainbows) causes computer breaking issues for many users including myself. google ghub BSOD for reference.

      Hi, sorry to see you're having software related issues with your G512 SE Gaming keyboard. Logitech is always looking for way to make sure customers receive the best user experience. Try to uninstall and install the software again to see if that fixes the problem. Also, please make sure that G Hub is up to date if you haven't done so already and thanks for your feedback!

    Purchase Black Friday 2019. It's 1/29/2021 now, and the space bar is failing. Sometimes it double types a space, sometimes it doesn't type a space at all. Considering I have a Das Keyboard that is literally decades old and still working fine, I wouldn't recommend this keyboard. (Please note the double spaces between "I" and "have" in the last sentence. This was from the keyboard. It's not happening often, but enough to make this very annoying.)

    Keys are Sticking

    We purchased this keyboard for our son on Black Friday as a Christmas present. One month into using it and the "D" key is sticking. We have tried compressed air to clean it out but it is still not working. The return window has closed. Very disappointed in the keyboard. It is also very annoying with the loud clacking keys. We will need to purchase a new keyboard one month in.

      Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
      Before you clean your device: Unplug it from your computer and make sure it’s turned off. Remove the batteries. Keep liquids away from your device, and don’t use solvents or abrasives. Use compressed air to remove any loose debris and dust between the keys. To clean the keys, use water to lightly moisten a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe down the keys. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

    Would have given a 5 star Some of the keys bottom doesn’t light. I use in a very low light area. Needs all of the characters to light.

      Hi Wayne5777, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the G512 SE Wired Mechanical Gaming Keyboard and some of the keys' bottom not lighting---your feedback is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, that's just how the keys for the G512 SE are designed. Logitech's G413 and G513 keyboards do have keys that are fully illuminated top and bottom. The great thing with the G512 SE is the ability to fully customize the RGB lighting to your specifications via Logitech's G Hub software.     Not long after light use did the 666 key became intermittent. Otherwise i like the feel, but its no longer returnable and non existent for warranty on Logitechs website. Not the quality i was expecting from its price.

    Love this keyboard. I had the g513 before but ended up selling it when I got rid of my 1st gaming PC. I bought the g512 se because I love the tactile feel when pressing the keys plus Logitech IMO makes some of the best gaming keyboards. THIS IS A LOUD KEYBOARD! So if you want a quiet keyboard from Logitech then I recommend the g513. That was originally what I was going to purchase but saw this on sale and its a steal at $60! I will say that this keyboard is more satisfying to type on.

    The G512 from Logitech is a ok keyboard, but in the Logitech website the G512 model number isn't loaded in the warranty registration system. Also there is no support page for the G512. As a result when I had 5 keys that would randomly change colors and I hadn't made any change to them. Finally, the unit now is not even recognized by my computer. When I went to open a support ticket the G512 wasn't an option so I had to choose another model. Then the fun started with their techs emailing me for the Model Number & Serial Number. I would send it wait a week and get another request for the same info. Finally I sent a copy of the underside of the keyboard and restated the problem again. Then I received an email asking what problems I was experiencing. I finally got so completely incensed that I investigated and found the VP in charge of their customer support and sent him a print of all the emails with their response to each. I expect to get an answer but it will be a few weeks.

    Double/No inputs, NOT SUPPORTED BY LOGITECH

    Worked great for a little bit, and I was super happy with it, until suddenly my spacebar started acting up; sometimes it won't register any input, and sometimes it'll register double input. It's some sort of electronic/coding error, as it will sometimes get better after being unplugged then plugged back in, but even that doesn't last long. That in and of itself is annoying but not 1 star worthy. No, the real kicker is that logitech does not support the G512 SE AT ALL. You can't even register it for product support. The small bit I've been able to find out about the keyboard is that apparently this double input/noinput problem has been complained about before on the forums, but youcan't actually access the post. So do yourself a favor and go forthe G513 or G510s, as those aresimilarbutare actually supported.

    Key Quality Lacking

    Had a key break off with less than 1 year of use. The plus shaped plastic piece literally snapped in half from completely mild use. (I never smash my keyboard or anything). Would not recommend this keyboard due to quality issues.
