  • GREAT headset, but think I got a bad unit

    I have multiple friends that have this headset, and we all adore it. Mine was okay for a few days, and now it is very staticky all the time. Both bluetooth and light speed. Going to try and get a replacement! From other experience, this headset will be my first recommendation to anyone asking. It’s lightweight while keeping quality, and does not hurt my head after hours of wear.

    My son needed a gaming headset as his normal headphones had poor mic reception. He really likes the dedicated mute button and the styling matches with his other logitech gear. The removable mic boom means you could also use these for just listening to music on the go.

    Tinny audio with weak presence, comfortable and great software support, but bad audio defeats the purpose, I returned it. As a starter headset, it would work... but I wouldn't consider it an upgrade path from anything.

    Mic didn’t connect right away. When it finally did connect, it was great. Now every time I want to use my headset, the mic doesn’t work. I have to restart it every time. It’s a pain
