Great headset for sound, but the mic did not last more than a year. I will be returning and trying out the arctis series.

Microphone on the headphone is a bit fragile and can break very easily. Mine broke within a year of ownership.

The headphones work well but the microphone stops working randomly and I have to turn the headset on/off to get it to work. Very annoying.

    Great Headset

I was hesitant about buying a wireless headset after a previous experience with one, and connectivity issues, and my wired headset for some reason gets a lot of feedback causing an annoying buzzing while gaming. This headset I am happy to say sounds great even comparing to a more expensive Turtle Beach. It connects without any issues. fairly light weight and comfy. Battery life seems great (I would have liked to seen a battery bar style indicator on the unit instead of the single led that slowly changes color from green to red). I think I am starting to become a big fan of the Logitech brand as I have yet to have any issues with any of their products.

    Great for Gaming so far

I just got these a couple days ago and so far they are great. I upgraded from some g930's which are total junk due to the constant disconnects. The sound on these is just about as good as the G930's (better since it never cuts out :). Do yourself a favor and turn off the surround sound immediately for gaming and team speak. It's terrible - It just adds a huge echo. For music I guess it depends. I turned it on and off and didn't notice a huge difference. The surround on my old G930's was far superior. I still can hear all around me when gaming. I just added a new EQ profile and set it up for my taste. The Bass reverb is kinda fun with these. The mic seems pretty good. My mates on TS tell me I sound the same as I did with my G930's. Oh and Logitech introduced these at $150.00 price point. I got mine on sale for $90.00 and the price just dropped to $70.00. You won't find any other headsets this good for $70.00. They are also comfy on my larger sized head and the ear pad material is nice and breathable so my ears don't get hot.

This was my second purchase of this headset, both have lost all mic capabilities and when the mic does work it sends a screeching sound to whoever is listening. Unfortunately I'll be looking elsewhere for my next purchase.

As opposed to its more expensive brother, the G933 Artemis, this headset just feels good. The speaker quality is nice and moving from faux patch leather to cloth allows for ear cover removal and proper cleaning. The only advantage that the Artemis has is dual speaker abilities, but that's it. This headset is half that price for all the same specifications. I was very happy with this headset as my replacement set for my previous pair.

I work in IT and have been gaming for over 2 decades so I tend to rate on technical aspects when it comes to my audio peripherals (latency, frequency response, driver sizes, etc) as well as sound. I bought these 2 years ago and the only issue I'm having is that the foam cloth on the top is starting to wear and fray. So, in the past few months I've been purchasing other gaming headsets that range from $70 to $300 to find a replacement for these since these are out of stock everywhere. Sad to say, they were all returned because they don't come close to the sound quality of the G533. Corsair, Hyper-X, Sennheiser, TurtleBeach, and Razer all sound too flat or too high for gaming. My personal preference is hearing the "boom" and clear footsteps in FPS games. I love hearing the ambience in MMORPG environments. So, the highs and lows must be precise. Pair these headphones with the Logitech G Hub software and turn on Surround Sound with DTS. It's like a whole new experience! The microphone works very well in Discord. I've ran tests on the previous headsets using Audacity on a 20Hz-20kHz scale for true response and the G533 came out 2nd. Only the Sennheiser beat it. (FYI, Sennheiser are the only headsets I use for my home music recording studio so it doesn't surprise me.) I'm going to wait until they update this particular model because I read that the G935 and G933 are garbage which is a shame.

I bought this headset right away as soon as I saw the $25 off thru Visa Checkout. This is my first wireless headset, and I'm never going back to a wired one again. Your in-game experience will definitely change if you are using a stereo headset before like me. Definitely will recommend to a friend!
