Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always had all Razer products, and I bought these because I liked the ear shape better. What a mistake. I use my headphones daily for online gaming. They worked alright for the first two months, then I had constant issues. Microphone wouldn't work randomly, I couldn't hear through my headphones, they didn't charge, they would constantly turn off for no reason when they were supposedly fully charged. I take care of my stuff. Every night when I was done, they would be hung up on the wall in their designated spot. Unfortunately, I waited too long to return them to Best Buy. I contacted Logitech, and they did absolutely nothing for me. Today, they finally completely stopped working for whatever reason. I could not hear anyone and my microphone wouldn't work. My husband is a programmer. He went through all my setting, we reset everything. Nothing helped. They are going in the garbage. I will NEVER purchase anything Logitech again. I would have considered it if they had responded and offered to replace the item. I'll be purchasing a Razer headset to replace these awful headphones.

Received Faulty Product

I tried updating the firmware and used the product support page directly from the manufacturer but no solutions were found. My device has to remain plugged into a power source for the headset to work (even after countless hours of charging it) making the Wifi function completely useless. After searching around for support on these headsets, I found that many others had issues with the headset as well. Definitely DO NOT purchase this product.
