Doesn’t adjust - I’ve the head- very much. Like the silencing function when raising the microphone. Not the best connection on zoom meetings - static that was fixed my switching to other wireless headphones. Also, won’t connect to ipad/iPhone.

I absolutely love the feature to mute yourself when you put the mic up. However, it It has one of the worst microphones I've ever had on a headset. It makes you sound super muffled and I lost connection on my voice several times. I've been having to use a different mic which is a huge disappoint for me so I'll be returning it, I've had $20 headsets with better mics than this.

My only complaint is my ears get too hot and eventually starts sweating from being underneath the cups for so long.
