Don't waste your money!

Less than a month of having these headphones and I have major issues - randomly disconnecting, choppy microphone output, and horrible battery life to name a few! Invest your money in a different set of headphones, you'll thank me later.

Not up to par for a even a novice gamer

Great design but bad execution?

As soon as I opened the box and put it on my left ear had a constant high pitched ringing and nothing seemed to fix it.

Posted .Sorry about that! Please make sure the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard. Avoid plugging it into a hub of any type; PC case USB ports will be considered hubs for troubleshooting purposes. Also, update the device's firmware on GHub and check if that makes any difference. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi G Support and our dedicated team will find a solution.
