Average at best
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't think these are worth the money. They're pretty cheap feeling. They also seem to be pretty small and have minimal adjustments.

Not bad but..
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for an alternative headset after falling out of love with Razer. Wasn't expecting anything amazing and they were fairly decent. But I've only had them for about 5 months and it's already feeling loose to the point it slips off my head. And the audio scrambles every so often but frequent enough to notice. Not a bad headset out of the box but may shop a different brand for my next one, which could be a lot sooner than I had hoped.

Posted .Apologize about the experience and it's surely not what we expect to deliver. We understand your displeasure and we will forward it along to the right team so they can look into it. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Sounds great until it stops working
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset worked for a couple of days, during which I would have given it a 5-star review. The next day, it just didn't work. Different things would happen - I'd turn it on and it would turn itself off. The power button would blink. This led to customer support hell. There is basically no manual for this headset. Searching for it on Logitech's site results in exactly one hit, a question from a customer. IOW, it doesn't seem to be supported by Logitech AT ALL. I expect a LOT more from Logitech.

Super comfortable. Quieter and bass a bit weak.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: -Light and comfortable -Great range Con: -Quieter than other headsets -Weaker bass -No 3.5mm jack Build/Usage The build is all flexible plastic but seems durable under normal uses. Though I do feel like it wouldn’t take much to snap the top. The mic flips up and stays out of the way. The volume wheel has some friction and the turning notches don't feel precise. Sometimes it will increase the volume by 2, but sometimes it’ll go up by 4 per notch. It’s lacking a 3.5mm jack, which I wish they would’ve included. There’s not much adjustability to these. You can move the suspension strap up a notch and slide the cups up and down by about ¾ inch. There’s some flex to the cups that helps with the fit. Though it’s limited, they fit me well enough. The range is really good. I can walk about 30 feet away and still get a clear signal. The battery life seems good too, though I have yet to fully drain it. Based on my usage, I should get about 30 hours. Comfort I’m picky when it comes to headset comfort. I don’t like ones that are too heavy or clamp down too hard. After wearing these for a while, I can say that this headset is light and comfortable. The clamping is light and the cloth suspension band keeps the pressure off the top of my head. I do like the reversible strap. This is the first headset I’ve had with a cloth strap, and I feel like it makes it much more comfortable. The only part I can really feel while I’m wearing these are the cups. The cups are a bit too narrow. My ears barely fit comfortably inside, but it may be a problem for a person with wider ears. The foam on the cups is soft but can get warm after wearing them for a while. Sound Overall they sound fine, but I find that it's quieter than other headsets. I have to turn it up 20% higher to get the same audio level. The bass is also a bit weak and it seems to emphasize the mids more. When I’m gaming, I can hear footsteps and dialogue fine, but it’s not until things like explosions and gunfire get loud that the bass really kicks in. You can adjust the EQ within G Hub, but the Flat and Bass Boost settings didn’t sound that much different. Mic The mic is average. It’s clear enough to hear my voice without any hiss or background noise, but it still sounds distant, like I’m speaking through a tin can. Overall it’s a pretty good headset that emphasizes comfort. It definitely is lighter and more comfortable for me. I can barely feel it on the top of my head and the clamping force is light. The sound level is quieter and the bass is weaker than my other headsets, but still sounds good while gaming. The mic is passable. It has a really good range and battery life as well.

Plastic garbage cash grab
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a garbage headset. This was my first logitech purchase and I won't give them a second chance. First off, They're 'hub' program does not work with this headset. Yes, the one they advertise. When I went to support after trying to turn it on out the box, they told someone in the questions that this headset does not work with the hub and to uninstall the program. So scratch those features right away. As soon as I uninstalled it, they started to work. Now, lets talk about sound. With this turned all the way up, it doesn't come close to my headset half it's price that I was replacing. I could barely hear anything. There's no surround sound practically. Sound is terrible. Also, no sound proofing. My other headset, I can't hear people standing next to me trying to talk. They have to tap me so I know they're there. This one, I could hear my kids all the way on the second floor talking. Not good at all for gaming. Third, the mic. When it is flipped up 'muted', it makes a terrible scratching sound randomly, which others have complained about. Maybe I got a dud out the box, but with this name brand and their rep that shouldn't happen at all. Do yourself a favor and skip it. There's so much better out there and for less and even a little more you can get unbelievable sound and soundproofing. I knew I made a mistake when I pulled it out the box and saw how light, cheap plastic it is. I mean honestly if someone stepped on it or you dropped it on hardwood I would not be surprised if parts broke off. That's how cheaply this is made. Logitech needs to scratch this and start over.

Worked for a year before mute feature broke
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked fine for almost a year. Then the flip microphone wouldn't stay muted in the mute position. The range was not very good either, maybe 15 feet.

A crackling when using.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I use the headphones there is like a popping or crackling noise. It just started a few days after I bought it and it is very disruptive when I am trying to do something.

How are these rated well?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've tried many headsets in the seventyfive to two hundred range. These are some of the worst for the money. I don't have a big head and I max these out to the point of discomfort. Most other headsets I'm very close to a middle setting. Even without the discomfort they don't sound good. Way worse than the g pro/black shark V2 pro/cloud/steelseries... Pretty much everything. I don't understand how these get this reviews unless I got a dud in comfort and sound somehow.
