Get the extended warranty

Posted .That's unfortunate and we apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar and move the device closer to the USB receiver and check if that helps. Identical mistake.

They made them look almost identical this one was slightly cheaper so I went with it. Sound is subpar and audio is hard to tell where it would come from. Have had things from my back left sound like it’s on my right. Wouldn’t recommend this version I’d just buy the new version of this headset. The power button also is very annoying.

Try connecting them to the computer and sink them with the G HUB app to update their firmware and access the advanced settings so you can adjust them to your needs. Posted .Hello Mrsanguiano, Very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with low volume on your G535. You may need to update the device's firmware. Download and install Logitech G Hub software, here's the link:  https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html. Launch the software, select the G535 from the home screen then go to Settings. If a firmware update is available, a Blue "Update" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen. Once done, you can now use G Hub to customize the settings of your G535 either with your own settings or using others from the Logitech G community. Don't waste your money!

Less than a month of having these headphones and I have major issues - randomly disconnecting, choppy microphone output, and horrible battery life to name a few! Invest your money in a different set of headphones, you'll thank me later.

Super light for a wireless headset, otherwise meh

There are a ridiculous number of good headsets in this range out there, that you really need to have a great product overall to stand out. This is not one of those headsets. Its biggest strength is ok battery life coupled with incredible light weight, which are obviously positives for a headset, but should not be the sets greatest strengths. The bass is a bit flat, and the overall volume is a bit low. The overall feel of the headset is quite cheap for a mid/high tier Logitech. There are many other better options in this range from competitors that I would not recommend this one unless it was on a super sale. (Another gripe I have personally that others may not have, is the size. I have a very large head, and unless I remove the colorful stretchy strap, it feels like its squeezing my head quite hard. It may get better over time, but just something to be aware of if you have a large noggin like I do.)

Solid and reliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I can’t say that the sound quality on this headset is the best I’ve ever heard, it is still a good quality sound. What I like the most about this headset is the quality of the construction, the comfortability of the headband, the fact that you can easily replace the headband and ear muffs whether it be because they’re old/dirty or you just want to customize your hwadset like I did. I also love that you can easily customize the sound of your headphones with the Logitech Ghub app on your computer. My only small complaint minus the sound quality is I’ve been told by friends that the microphone quality is not good. This can however be somewhat fixed using the Ghub app as people have made presets for the microphone to change the sound quality and my friends have said it definitely helps. Overall I think it’s a great headset for the price, especially if you get it on sale. The battery life on these has also been really good.

Great design but bad execution?

As soon as I opened the box and put it on my left ear had a constant high pitched ringing and nothing seemed to fix it.

Posted .Sorry about that! Please make sure the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard. Avoid plugging it into a hub of any type; PC case USB ports will be considered hubs for troubleshooting purposes. Also, update the device's firmware on GHub and check if that makes any difference. Bad for a wireless headset

Had problems with the mic and if you have a big head then they will feel uncomfortable. Also the software to control this headset is a mess and needs an update. I would rather buy the Hyper X Cloud 2.
