Ok headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the headset was actually working properly it was a pretty nice headset but when ever the battery would get below about 70% the sound would constantly glitch out i moved the reviever to different usb ports on my pc but that didnt help and then it stopped appering completely on my logitech software app and then it stopped working

Easy to use, quality not worth price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was very easy to use. You plug the adaptor in and the headphones work. The quality wasn't very good for the price. The sound was okay, but the microphone was very bad.

Mic doesn't work

It doesn't always unmute when I flip the mic back down. I'll just be taking to my self for a while before I realize I'm still muted even though the mic is down. It's been really frustrating to deal with. It happens so frequently. If you plan on actually using the flip to mute mic, I absolutely world not recommend this product.

Mine broke with very little force, and the headset is now useless because the LG spare parts site DOES NOT CARRY ANY PARTS FOR THIS DEVICE. Spend your money on something that will last more than the month this headset lasted. And the head set itself is fine. This is just a terrible customer experience.

Tiny ear cups, complete trash for comfort

As soon as I put these on, the hard plastic (no padding) in front of the drivers pressed on my ears. This is instantly painful and not something I could wear for minutes, let alone hours. This will be the last Logitech headset I buy, since they seem to all have this miniature design.
