Reason I bought these was for college and I took the chance and bought these . I felt kind of weird that there was so much positive stuff for something that came out almost two years ago. Was considering bookshelf speakers but trust me.... YOU DONT NEED IT . you will be shocked when you turn on these speakers . The light show .... the sound .... the basss... is Insane . I’m a lil uzi vert fan and the bass just creates a whole concert in my room . Only thing I felt that I guess could be considered a negative is that it’s either you wanna be loud and have huge bass or low with very little bass. Only time I’ve ever been in this situation was being too into the music I woke up my neighbors . But that just tells you how big of a sound these give u.

Speaker Quality is Good, Proprietary Cables Not So

As an owner of a 5ft x 5ft L-Shaped desk, I wanted the speakers on the edge of a 5ft span and then the subwoofer set back closer to my chair to avoid my PC tower. Unfortunately the satellite speakers have what appear to be VGA cables coming out of them to support the awesome RGB lights. They are a fixed length and I unable to make my ideal setup a reality. The GHub software works great.

Great speakers, with a fatal flaw

Before buying these speakers, I was considering a much more professional (and expensive) setup, but prior to making a purchase, the speakers I wanted were discontinued. After another several weeks of research, I hesitantly purchased these on the recommendation of a friend. I was skeptical, because these speakers were far from the solution I was looking for, and I felt like the RGB lighting (which is a neat feature that I don't need) was driving up the price. I got them home, hooked them up, and found the set up with software to be fairly simple. The pre-programmed EQs were all terrible, but Logitech makes it very simple to make your own EQ. Less than three minutes, and I have them sounding pretty good. The one flaw with them is that, with a direct connection to the PC, they seem to only support digital volume control. When you turn something down digitally, the audio is essentially compressed even further, and the more compressed your audio gets, the worse it sounds. Because of this, I found they sounded fantastic at a high volume (and they are capable of getting VERY loud), but they still sounded poor at low volumes, with some lyrics even sounding distorted. At this time, I decided to try a digital to analog converter for my audio. The cons of going this route is that you lose control of the EQ and the lighting effects. You can hook them up digitally to set your EQ and then switch them to a digital to analog converter, and they will retain the EQ that you set, so its not a total loss, but you will still not be able to control the lighting on them. Because of this, I chose to simply turn the lights off. Connecting the digital to analog converter (I'm using a focusrite scarlett) dramatically improved the sound quality at all volume levels-especially lower volumes. In fact, I dare say they are the best sounding speakers I have ever owned. I am in absolute awe, and therefore I recommend them heavily- with some conditions. If you care about the lighting gimmick, just know that you will be stuck with digital audio, and your sound quality will be negatively impacted by volume changes. If you're an audiophile on a budget like me, though, and you don't particularly care for the lighting, pair these speakers with a solid DAC or audio interface and you will be blown away just like me.

I've been pining after these for weeks, but after finally receiving them, I was disappointed to say the least. The sound is great, well made however, there are many issues using the screen sampler with a UHD monitor. After spending hours reading about the issue on the Logitech support forums, it doesn't seen like Logitech has fixed the issue. The software used to set up the screen sampling isn't very user friendly, and the UI isn't even scaled for 4k monitors. The left speaker stayed lit, but the right one was always dark, which many people with high resolution monitors reported but no fix from Logitech.

This speaker set looks and sounds great. The satellite speakers RGB lighting looks good and the screen sampler works pretty well especially during gaming and videos playing. I had a small hick up when I first received my speaker set it had apparently been damaged in shipping in a small spot on the sub woofer top edge. I was easily able to return/exchange the unit back at my local Best Buy store and get another unit shipped straight to my door for no additional cost. The second set showed up with no shipping issues and works fantastic as well. I'd recommend these if you enjoy RGB effects and good sound with good software support from Logitech G Hub.

Really like these speakers. The bass response is sold and they put out a LOT of volume. The RGB reactions seem to be a little delayed, but the colors are impressive and bright.

one of the most attractive parts about this system is of course the RGB, the controls are intuitive, the lights are appropriately bright, and theyre easily customizable with Logitech software. sound quality is very good, clean and crisp without any distortion at high volume and the subwoofer adds just the right amount of bass. build quality is very nice, and the whole system feels and sounds like a premium product. I was surprised by the size of the two speakers, I didn't expect them to be as big as they are, so if youre planning on putting them under a monitor, make sure you have ample clearance or you'll end up putting them on the side like I had to. I definitely recommend this product.

I thought RGB speakers were ridiculous until I was ridiculous enough to buy them. These speakers are bluetooth compatible and have audio visualization for an amazing light show. Be warned though, these speakers are LOUD!

Was super skeptical at first. Price scared me But I decided to try because of the return policy. I love these speakers. The surround mode sound great. Don’t expect a true 5.1 surround. It is close though. The lights are a cool feature but even without them, the sound quality is worth the price itself.

First time being speakers for my pc, and first off I gotta say it was nice and simple setting it up. I spent time just using them without updating its software, but once I decided to, it was quite simple, quick and effortless. They sound great, I’ve tested them in multiple games on my pc, ps5 and Xbox. Really makes you feel immersed into your games.

These little guys get loud, although you need to get up to ~60/100 to get anything much out of them. The lighting options are cool, including the lights reacting to what happens in the game. Overall a good value.
