Hands down, the absolute worse speakers I have ever owned! I wish I could give ZERO stars. WHEN they work properly, the sound is phenomenal. When they don't work (which is most of the time), the issue is either; 1) no sound because they won't turn on and/or won't connect to bluetooth OR the PC (this can happen just out of the blue or because the firmware has updated itself). 2) the auto update for firmware that CAN'T be turned off messes up the sound leaving you with either really quiet sound or having to turn your volume down to 8/100 so the base doesn't cause a minor earthquake. I managed to get a hold of an old firmware file to rollback the update, and that worked for a while, but even that won't work any more, especially when you have issue ( 1 ). But hey, don't take my word for it, google 'G560 sound issues' and see for yourself, I wish I had before wasting money on these.

Hello there customer. I'm so sorry to hear that your 560's weren't everything you've been hoping for, and hopefully we can resolve the issue for you. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend downloading our GHub software to help auto update the firmware on your speakers. From there, you should be able to manually edit the levels of your speakers and then save them as profiles on your computer. You can also disable automatic firmware updates from that software if you're worried about losing profiles or firmware issues. If you're still having issues, please feel free to contact us via our support site for troubleshooting tips and tricks as well as warranty information.

Considering the price - it's a novelty at best. The speakers do not produce a very good quality sound (I use an Asus STX sound card so the signal is very good for sure). The lights, cool idea, but are too dim to make any type of noticeable effect while playing games. I have them setup on each side of the monitor - about 10 inches from the wall - even with room lights out the effect is weak. Overall not recommended unless you have $200 to burn on a toy.

    Overpriced and Overrated Speakers

These speakers are absolutely overrated - do not buy them. Just perform a quick Google search for "Logitech G560 won't turn on" or "Logitech G560 no sound" and you'll see the countless frustrated users trying to figure out what's gone wrong with their equipment. I purchased these speakers about a week and a half ago. I immediately had issues connecting via Bluetooth, so had to hardwire the connection via USB. Unfortunately, within a week, the speakers had stopped turning on. The issues that day started with the lights failing to activate, and they culminated with an hour long conversation with a Logitech representative trying to troubleshoot their complete failure. These speakers are a hard pass. When they clock in just shy of $200, having them work is a perfectly reasonable expectation. Unfortunately, Logitech has put absolutely no work into fixing persistent firmware issues that clearly date back to the product launch, rendering a non-zero number of these speakers completely useless.
