This mouse was great for the price but is hard for me to use because of its size. I have small hands and I can't keep my hand in a comfortable position on the mouse without having my wrist lifted. I love having the buttons on the thumb side, it really would be a perfect mouse for gaming if my hands were only a little larger or the mouse was a touch smaller.

LOVE this mouse for gaming. It's more intuitive than the Razer Naga. Logitech made it easy to memorize the massive amount of side buttons by giving them different tilts. The Razer does not do this and I often confuse what row I am on because of that. The 3rd button on top (not the wheel!) is a huge bonus and wonderful to use.

Who knows about longevity, but its a convenient mouse - with the ability to play some games without using a keyboard.

I got this for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! She has arthritis and it fits her hand much better than a regular mouse. This is the only one she will use now. It has special collars that change and glow in the dark and it is very easy to use. Great product!

Overall it's a great mouse for games. It gives you the upper hand while playing MMO's especially. I would definately recommend the mouse.

I like this mouse for the price I paid, not full price. I used it for FPS games mostly and has helped me get into keyboard mouse setup without having to look for the right key, or hit the wrong one because I'm focused on screen. EVERY SECOND counts. I now use it for all my games with important keys mapped. Has ergonomic feel and got used to it quickly thanks to double dip design and 2 bumps on middle side keys. Scroll wheel has left and right click that I didn't know until after I played with it, that's a cool additional 2 mappings This has great accuracy and DPI gets high enough to do 720 QUICK SCOPE ON SUKKAS with minimal movement. Realistically that's way too much, but the options there if that's your game[I never went over 2800dpi, it goes up to 8200dpi] great refresh time as well, so no input lag.

As an avid MMO player, (in particular FFXIV), I truly believe that an MMO mouse is an invaluable asset to making your gameplay experience as good as it can be. I have bought this mouse twice now over the past 3 years (first one stopped working due to wear) and I think that this is the best mouse to buy if you plan on doing any serious MMO gameplay. The logitech software leaves a bit to be desired, but it works well enough to map your keys to whatever you may desire. The addition of the third "G Shift" key is fantastic for doubling your hotkey amount, which is already extremely large by default given the amount of buttons this mouse has. For the price, I don't think any other MMO style mouse can match this one.

It is a really neat mouse that works wonderful. You can set the buttons the way you want to remember them and I really love it.

One of my Corsair mouse stopped functioning and was recommended by friends to try this one. Been enjoying it so far to the point bought two for nephew and nieces.

I bought this based on the reviews and it is a decent wired mouse. I ended up returning it because it is a little too big and wide for my comfort (female and wear about a size 6 in gloves). I can see how this would be an awesome mouse for desktop gaming but I use a laptop tray and play mostly that way and the mouse is just a little too bulky for a smaller mousepad area. I also noticed that it suddenly got really slow for no reason and I had to unplug it and plug it back in which fixed that issue but I’m not sure what caused it.

Classic Logitech quality gaming mouse. Bought during an excellent sale - will probably buy again if/when this mouse dies. Comfortable, perfect weight, quality braided cord. I am a stickler for wired mice both at work and when gaming.

I returned mine. The mouse itself is solid and I loved the layout and feel of the side buttons. I ended up returning because the extra ring finger button just added too much width too it and I just couldn't get used to it after using a smaller mouse for years. Could be a winner for someone else. The program was also much better than the one I'm using now.

This is a good mouse if you play MMOs. It's got plenty of buttons and it has a third click button on the far right. The only thing I don't like is that because there are so many buttons on the side, sometimes when you move the mouse itself you may accidentally press one of the side buttons.

this is best mouse ever for mmo player. you get 16 button, but g-shift get you another 16 button when button held down. 32 extra button is more then enough for mmo player.

I have been using this mouse for a year now and it's honestly the best mouse I've used! Lot's of buttons so I can do plenty of multi-tasking! Would highly recommend!

Does the job and more. From the functions of extra buttons to program to the ergonomics - a must for gamers.

The third mouse button has a lot of utility and the downloadable software makes it easy to set up. Maybe I'm not coordinated enough, but I don't know how anyone could effectively use the array of buttons on the side, but even without all the extra buttons this is a great mouse with good weight for the price.

After starting to play mmorpg again, decided to try a mmorpg mouse this time around. Heard about the g600 for years but all the buttons looked overwhelming. However, bestbuy had a sale on it and wanted to give it a go. Took a few weeks to get used to all the buttons and changing my key bindings. But now I can't play without it. Make most tasks so much easier, the only issue is the third mouse click on the right (set as CTRL). I do accidently click it during heated battles. You can disable it in the ghub and pretty much change all settings. I do wish Logitech comes out with an updated version, as this is old design. The mouse is quite heavy compared to most modern mouse and wireless would be nice. The number pad adjustment similar to the corsair scimitar would be good as well.

The third mouse button on top makes this mouse a game changer. It take a bit of time to get use to it and isn’t for everyone but if your able to, you get so much additional functionality from it.
