Purchased for my son to use with a gaming lap top. He loves it!!

I bought this to use with my laptop which I use for work AND some gaming, I figured a wireless gaming mouse would suffice and as it turns out, I was right. I have a Razer Mamba 2012 for my desktop on which I do the bulk of my gaming and new, it cost me over twice what the G602 did but surprise, I actually prefer this one. It's precise, is easy on batteries (the one thing I was uncertain about as this mouse relies on batteries whereas the Mamba is rechargeable), adjustable with several buttons to play with and fits my hand very well. When my Mamba dies, it will be replaced with one of these or one of the more expensive Logitech mice. I'm completely sold.

So far I'm very impressed with this mouse on functionality and battery life.

This is a great mouse for gaming. The button configurations are well placed and the Logitech Gaming software makes it easy to configure. One small complaint is that the left side of the mouse could go just a little wider to make the hand rest more comfortably on the mouse when using a two-finger button grip. The mouse was definitely designed for a grip where 1 finger rests on each of the buttons (left, scroll wheel, and right).

This is a great upgrade for a average user/mild gamer. Setup is easy and painless. I use this mouse for the increased sensitivity and larger size for all day use at work. This has worked great for me and a great upgrade without spending over $100. The battery life is great even doing gaming, haven't had to replace the batteries yet after a month of daily use.

Had this mouse for over a year now and the battery had lasted all this time. Easy to connect and there's a software that you can download from Logitech to customize the extra buttons. No lags and would recommend.

This is a good mouse for gaming and other basic computing. It works well with a Mac and is easy to set up and use. Long battery life.

Great feel and weight to this mouse. I was worried that the wireless connection would be a problem, but the included USB extension and stub put the wireless receiver less 18" away from the mouse, and I have experienced no issues. Side buttons are arranged well and can be recognized pretty well by touch.

Needed a kitten friendly mouse for fps gaming. This did the trick. Great mouse!

Overall, I like this mouse quite a bit. It fits nicely in the hand, has a good feel on my desk, tracks well without a mousepad, buttons have a good tactile feedback, and the textured grip keeps it from sliding in your hand. The software has a tendency to get confused sometimes and sometimes I hit the wrong button in the heat of things, but I am sure muscle memory will fix the second issue eventually.

Excellent mouse. Switching the DPI using the buttons is nice feature to have.

Wireless gaming mouse that has on the fly DPI settings, and 6 additional programmable buttons. It took me a little while to get used to since where you rest your thumb is right up against the programmable buttons. But you get used to it
