Perfect for newbie

I didn't want anything too complicated for his first gaming mouse, I didn't want him to feel overwhelmed by the mouse where he couldn't enjoy his games. So I went with this. Apparently, it was a great choice. He loves it! He felt if I had chose one with more buttons, he may have been distracted until he was able to master it... after a period of frustration in learning it

I use this for a casual couch gaming but, It is a great mouse. Sitting 10ft away from USB receiver I have never had a problem with Lag or the connection dropping out. I love the 6 buttons on the side, I miss them when I game with my main mouse, G502. If this mouse had a right,left tilt to the wheel it would be almost perfect for me.
